This standard applies to remisow carbon steel wire, heat treated, plated, designed for the manufacture of galev to reminyl devices looms.

1. BASIC DIMENSIONS

1.1. Remissa wire shall consist of two constituent wires of the same diameter, soldered together.

1.2. Wire dimensions and limit deviations of dimensions shall be as given in table.1.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Wire shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Wire shall be manufactured from steel grades 45, 50, 55, 60 according to GOST 1050 or other normative and technical documentation in coordination with the consumer by the manufacturer.

2.3. The surface of the wire must be smooth with no sharp nodules of tin, uncovered places and rust. Allowed small scattered worn spots (traces of flux), smooth nodules of tin and bays inside the channel not exceeding the positive limit deviations in height of wire.

The color of the surface of wire should be light, silver-white or yellowish.

2.4. Components of the spike wires should be hot with the tin grade 02 GOST 860. Spike should be strong, the bundle of wire into individual components is not allowed.

2.5. Axis components soldered wires have to be parallel and to be in the same plane. Permissible deviation from plane (screw) shall not exceed for wire sizes:

0,34х0,68; 0,35х0,70; 0,40х0,80 mm — 30°;

0,50x1,00; 0,60х1,20 mm — 20°;

0,70х1,40; 0,80х1,60 mm — 15°.

By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer shall manufacture wire size 0,50x1,00 mm deviation from plane of not more than 30°.

2.6. The wire should be taut. The wire is considered to be elastic if the length of wire after bending it into a circle, then straightened and laid on a smooth flat surface in contact with the surface throughout its length.

2.7. The wire should be straight. The wire is considered to be straightforward, if the deviation from a straight line on a piece of wire with a length of 700 mm at any place along the length does not exceed 3.0 mm.

2.8. Wire must not be brittle when the loop should not break or be cracked.

2.9. Rupture strength of each of the components of the wires should be 1030−1270 MPa (105−130 kgf/mmГОСТ 9161-85 Проволока ремизная. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)). 2.10. Wire shall be manufactured in reels. The inner diameter of a coil should be 330−350 mm. Coil of wire must consist of one segment. Allowed butt welding of the wire is not more than two places with the same roll. The size of the wire in the weld areas should not exceed plus-tolerances for it.

The wire coils should be stowed right turns and freely to go with coils. The ends of the rolls should be easy to find.

Allowed spot welding is not covered with tin, and to protect against corrosion of industrial oil brand K17 according to GOST 10877.

2.11. The mass of the coil wire is specified in table.2. Allowed bags weighing up to 50% less than shown in table.2 not more than 10% of the mass of the party.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of the same size and decorated the same document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

symbol wire;

the results of the tests;

the weight of the party;

batch number.

The weight of the batch from 100 to 5000 kg.

3.2. The quality of the surface and the wire size check on each reel.

3.3. To test the strength of adhesions, the deviation from the flatness, elasticity, straightness, fragility, temporary tear resistance take 3% of the skeins, but not less than five skeins by weight of the party.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For each test taken one sample from each end of the strand.

4.2. The height of the wire is checked with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 at the ends of the roll. Width and limit deviations on width is defined as the total value of the height of the wire.

4.4. To check the strength of adhesions of the constituent wires of the sample of wire round around a round core 360°, followed by a twist of the specimen ends a half-turn parallel to the rod. Splitting the wire into components is not allowed.

The diameter of the rod should be:

(3±0.1) mm — for wire size 0,34х0,68; 0,35х0,70; 0,40х0,80 mm;

(5±0,1) mm for wire size 0,50x1,00; 0,60х1,20; 0,70х1,40; 0,80х1,60 mm.

4.6. 400 mm — wire size 0,40х0,80; 0,50x1,00 mm;

500 mm — for wire size 0,60х1,20 mm;

700 mm — for wire size 0,70х1,40; 0,80х1,60 mm.

4.7. Check wire straightness is performed on the device, whose scheme is shown in the Appendix. Length check sample should be 700 mm.

To check the wire to check the straightness of the specimen put on the table of the device along the control risks and combine it throughout its length with a check mark.

Check the measurement deviation of the sample from the control risks carried out using a measuring ruler according to GOST 427, attached to the instrument device.

4.8. To check the wire on the fragility of the test sample and make a loop branches of the loop is stretched before the formation of a straight line and not twisting the formed loop, the branches of it together in the opposite direction stretch, until the convergence of the branches (drawing).

4.9. Check each component of the wire tension is carried out according to GOST 10446. Rupture strength is determined by the actual diameter of the check sample.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Each coil of wire shall be tied with soft tinned wire with diameter less than or equal to the patch diameter of wire or twine according to GOST 17308, or other wire or twine according to normative-technical documentation in at least three areas of the rolls, evenly spaced around the circumference.

5.2. Coils of wire of the same diameter should be connected in parcels weighing not more than 15 kg. Each Bay should be tied with soft tinned wire with diameter less than or equal to the patch diameter of wire or twine according to GOST 17308, or other wire or twine according to normative-technical documentation in at least two places, evenly spaced around the circumference.

5.3. Each Bay must be attached to the label, which indicate:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the symbol wire.

5.4. Bay wire needs to be wrapped in paper ODP GOST 16711 and Packed in tightly closed metal cans, barrels or special containers according to normative-technical documentation, protecting the wire from moisture.

Is allowed in the barrels and containers to package the wire in three diameters with the mandatory separation of their paper according to GOST 9569, GOST 15158 or cardboard according to GOST 9347, or other paper or cardboard according to normative-technical documentation.

5.5. On each jar, a barrel or container must be specified:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

symbol wire;

net mass of wire;

batch number.

5.6. Transport marking under GOST 14192.

5.7. The gross mass of the package must not be more than 80 kg when packing the wire into the banks and not more than 1000 kg when packaged in drums or bulk containers. When packaging the wire in banks consolidation packages in overpacks carried out according to GOST 24597.

Packaging should be done mechanized or manual way. For the formation of transport packages must use reusable tools packaging: pallets according to GOST 9078, GOST 9557, GOST 9570 or other regulatory-technical documentation and reusable means of fastening of cargoes in transport packages according to GOST 21650 or other regulatory-technical documentation.

5.8. Transportation of the wire should be held by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with goods transportation regulations applied to this type of transport.

The placement and fastening of cargo in rail vehicles must comply with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR.

The wire transport by rail is carried out with small or carload shipments.

Allowed the transport of wire in universal containers according to GOST 15102,20435 GOST, GOST 22225.

5.9. Storage of wire shall be carried out on storage conditions 2 GOST 15150.
