2.9. Customer’s request wire produced:
with the definition of normal elasticity modulus and temperature coefficient of the modulus of elasticity;
definition of contamination of the alloys with non-metallic inclusions on the billet diameter not less than 6.0 mm;
with a test of inflection;
with high demands on surface quality;

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.10. Physical and mechanical properties of the alloys, the recommended modes of cold working and ageing conditions are given in the Annex to GOST 14117.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire take parties. The party must consist of one wire bottoms, same size, same condition of material and decorated by one document on quality.
3.2. To check the quality of wire taken from the party:
to control the size and surface quality — 100% skeins (coils, bars);
for the determination of chemical composition the manufacturer is 1 the sample from the melt;
to determine the mechanical properties, testing for inflection and winding two winding (mandrel, coil);
to determine the contamination of metal non-metallic inclusions — two coils of wire with a diameter of 6.0 mm or more.
3.3. The chemical composition of the alloys is certified by a document of quality of the enterprise, smelting metal.
3.4. Re-testing — GOST 7566.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Wire diameter is measured in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same section, not less than in three places with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, GOST 11358 or other measuring tools that provide required accuracy.
4.2. Chemical composition of alloys determined according to GOST 12344−12361 GOST, GOST 28473 or other methods providing the required accuracy of the analysis. Sampling — according to GOST 7565.
4.1, 4.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
4.3. The surface quality is checked visually and, if necessary, by comparison with an agreed sample.
If there is disagreement in assessing the quality of the surface is inspected at magnification 8. If necessary, the depth of the defect is cleaned with sandpaper or a file with further comparative dimension to the stripped and unstripped areas. If you cannot determine the depth of the defect Stripping determination of the depth and nature of the defect can be carried out by metallographic methods.
Allowed the surface quality of wire on the coils to test on the outer layer of wire wound on a spool.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.4. Mechanical and elastic properties determined according to GOST 10446 on two samples from the roll (coil mandrels) with an estimated length of 100 mm.
4.5. The test winding is carried out according to GOST 10447 on two samples.
4.6. Methods of determining the elastic properties determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
4.7. Control on the contamination of alloys with non-metallic inclusions is carried out on six samples according to GOST 1778 by the method of SH1 or Ш4.
4.8. Test bend is carried out according to GOST 1579 on two samples.
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.
