UNS 9 902- Ni-Span-C 902 ®

Marketing name of the alloy: Ni-Span-C 902 ®. This alloy consists of nickel, chrome, titanium, iron. An alloying produces a multidimensional effect on a steels quality. Chrome increases a hardness and resistant to corrosion. Nickel confers an alloy a plasticity; wolframium confers a hardness, red-hardness. Vanadium increases a lasting-quality, a resistance to impact loads and wipe out; cobalt raises a heat-resistance, a magnetic permeability. Molybdenum confers a red-hardness, strength, a resistance to corrosion at a high temperature. When a quantity of mangan is more than 1%, it increases an impact index and wearing qualities. Titanium increases a stability, a corrosive resistance; aluminium raises a resistance to oxide scale formation. Available forms of mill-products: rod, seamless and welded tube, wire, plate, sheet, connecting piece, flange, forging.

Application
