Demands on die steels
In cold and hot workability needs to succumb to the pressure treatment and machining;
The hardness, combined with high viscosity;
Good hardenability: should have a uniform high hardness, homogeneous crystalline structure in depth;
Slight by heat treatment deformation;
Low sensitivity to overheating: needs to toughen up in a rather large temperature range;
A good polishing and sanding behaviour — defines the standard surface quality of the product during stamping;
Minor sensitivity to decarburization in the process of filament winding the hardness of the surface of the working layer.
