These technical conditions apply to the supply of hot-rolled and forged rods made of precision alloy 47ХН2М (ЭП630), intended for the manufacture of process equipment.
1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. The dimensions of the bars, permissible deviations and length must meet the requirements of Table No. 1.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The chemical composition of the alloy 47KhN2M (EP630) must meet the requirements of Table No. 2, sent upon request.
2.2. The rods are supplied without heat treatment.
2.3. The mechanical properties of the alloy, determined in the as-delivered condition at room temperature on longitudinal samples cut from rods, must comply with the requirements of Table 3.

2.4. The surface, macrostructure, acceptance rules, testing methods, marking, packaging and documentation must comply with GOST 5949-61.
3. PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
3.1. Prices for products are approved by the State Price Committee of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and are published in price lists and appendices to them.
The correction in the brand name and table 1 is to be believed .

PRICE CALCULATION
Wholesale prices for alloy grade 47KhN2M (EP630) are calculated using the normative-parametric method in accordance with the "Regulation" approved by "10-15/385 dated 16/02-71, and paragraph No. 13 of the "General Instructions" to the price list 01-02 edition of 1975.
As an analogue for calculating prices for EP630 grade ingots, grade 50N ingots according to GOST 10994-64 were adopted, the prices for which are included in price list 01-03 p.346 and price list 01-02 ed. 1975 p.76.
The EP630 alloy has a very high alloying degree, narrow chemical composition limits and very low plasticity. To obtain the required properties and satisfactory plasticity, smelting is carried out on fresh charge materials without the use of waste, and preliminary deformation of ingots before rolling (hammer forging) is carried out on a press.
Wholesale price of ingot grade 50N according to GOST 10994-64:
a) valid until 1/1-76 according to price list 01-03 p.346 2220 rubles per ton.
b) -"- from 1/1-76 -"- 01-02 p.76 2050 rub. -"-
Amount of surcharges for differences in chemical composition (clause 10 of the "General Instructions" to price lists 01-03 and 01-02):
a) to calculate the price of the ingot valid until 1/1-76 + 2713 RUR.

The amount of surcharges for deformation of an ingot on a press (price list 25-01 p. 232, 01-08 and point 10 of the "General Instructions" to price list 01-02):
a) to calculate the price of the ingot valid until 1/1-76g. + 1950 rubles.

Wholesale price of EP630 ingot:
1) Valid until 1/1-76 will be 2220 rubles + 2713 rubles + 1950 rubles - 6880 rubles.

Wholesale prices for grade EP630 steel according to TU 14-1-999-73 are calculated based on wholesale prices for ingots of the same grade using the ratio of prices for grade Ø 16-31 mm and ingots of grade EI481 according to GOST 10500-63 different 1.45.
Price list 01-03 pp. 334 and 56 and price list 01-02 1975 edition pp. 70 and 96.
Wholesale prices valid until 1/1-76.
