Marketing general names of alloy: Inconel X750 ®, Pyromet ® X750, Haynes X750 ®, Nicorros ® 7016. This alloy relates to a group of chrome-nickel alloys. It is used in manufacture of details that have a high level of corrosion resistance and high strength at temperature up to 750 °C. Inconel 750 mill-products are represented with the following types: rod, welded and seamless pipe, wire, plate, sheet, connecting piece, flange, forging. An alloy is used in gas turbines for turbine wheels, rotor blades, bolts; for combustor chambers of aircraft engines or rockets.
Supply
Sheet has a thickness 0.25 — 4 mm. Rod is made in a form of forging with a diameter not more than 200 mm. The bigger sizes can be made to order. A coiled material is made in large-format sizes; its widths constitutes 900−1200 mm and a widths of a plate is up to 100 mm. Seamless tube Inconel 750 can be rolled to a diameter of not more than 200 mm. Huge diameters can be made to order in a form of welded tube. All products (with a welding seam) are exposed to a method with tight tolerances of nondestructive control. Practically, tubes can be manufactured of any diameter. An extent of allowance does not depend on a size of order.
