NOTE :

1. Forgings are intended for subsequent cold machining, or for hot deformation (forging, rolling, etc.), which must be specified in the request.

Forgings are made with allowances and tolerances for the range of available equipment. When ordering metal for machining, the customer must indicate the finishing size (i.e. the size of the part). For example: forging diameter 255 +/- 10 mm; finishing diameter 230 mm.

2. By agreement, forgings can be supplied after machining: ground with abrasive with a tolerance of +/- 5.0 mm, turned with a cutter with a tolerance of +/- 3.0 mm
3. The length of the forgings is 600 — 2500 mm.

Note:

  1. The suggested length of the sheets is shown in bold (the approximate length of the sheets is indicated in brackets).
  2. Delivery of sheets is possible:
    • 3−5mm thick — cut into strips 150−300mm wide,
    • 3−6mm thick — with straightening and trimming,
    • thick St. 6−16mm — with trimming without edging,
    • with a thickness of more than 16 mm — without editing and without trimming,
    • more than 20mm thick — without dressing, without edge trimming, without edge trimming and without property control.
  3. It is possible to supply sheets with additional requirements different from those stated.

The presence of thermal equipment allows heat treatment of sheets in accordance with the requirements of GOST, TU or order conditions.

NOTE: 1. Tape is supplied in welded rolls. Welding is due to the manufacture of a workpiece — a roll for kataiz strips with a thickness of 3.0 — 3.5 mm, welded into a roll.
