This technical specification applies to a flattened tape made of an alloy of high ohmic resistance, intended for the manufacture of braided strands.

1. CLASSIFICATION

1.1. The tape is made:

  • on a technical basis — rolled, cold-worked;
  • delivery condition — light.

2. GRADE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The nominal dimensions of the tape and the permissible deviations on them must comply with the requirements of Table 1.

Table 1

mm
Belt thickness Thickness tolerance Belt width Width Tolerance
0.05 ± 0.005 0.25 ± 0.05

2.2. The tape is made of alloy grade Х20Н80, which meets the chemical composition requirements of GOST 12766−67.

2.3. The ultimate tensile strength during stretching of the tape must be at least 100 kgf / mm2.

2.4. The surface of the tape should be smooth, light, without captivity, cracks, sunsets and scale.

Separate small defects are allowed, in the form of nicks, imprints from rolls and captivity, if they do not bring the size of the tape beyond the limit of permissible deviations in thickness.

2.5. The edges of the tape should be free of cracks, burrs and naturally rounded during the rolling process.

2.6. The cleanliness of the flat surfaces of the belt must be at least class 9 in accordance with GOST 2789−13 and must be ensured by the quality and cleanliness of the processing of the crimping rolls.

2.7. The finished tape is wound on spools with a neck diameter of at least 70 mm. Winding of several cuts of tape is allowed on one reel, while the ends should be shifted with paper. The length of individual segments must be at least 100 meters.

2.8. The supplier guarantees that the tape meets the requirements of this technical specification.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. Acceptance of the tape is carried out by the technical control department of the manufacturer.

3.2. The consumer has the right to carry out a control check of the quality of the tape received to him for the compliance of its indicators with the requirements of these technical conditions, applying the verification procedure and test methods specified in clauses 2.1. 3.3−3.8.

3.3. Tape wound on spools is presented for acceptance in batches consisting of one size and one heat.

3.4. Each tape reel is subject to dimensional, tolerance and surface inspection.

External inspection of the tape surface is performed with the naked eye.

3.5. The dimensions of the tape are checked with a measuring tool that ensures the specified measurement accuracy.

3.6. Samples are taken from each reel of tape suitable in appearance and size during acceptance tests.

Samples are taken from one end in the following quantity: three samples, each 100 mm long, to determine the ultimate tensile strength. The ultimate tensile strength is determined in accordance with the requirements of GOST 11701−66.

3.7. The chemical composition of the alloy is certified by the certificate of the metal supplier, and, if necessary, can be checked.

Sampling to determine the chemical composition is carried out in accordance with GOST 7565−66, chemical analysis in accordance with GOST 12344−66 and GOST 12365−66 or other methods that ensure the required accuracy according to the specified standards.

3.8. In case of non-compliance of the results of any test with the requirements of these TU, repeated tests are carried out on a double number of samples taken from the same batch.

If, during repeated tests, unsatisfactory results are obtained, at least of one sample, then each tape reel is controlled separately.

4. PACKAGING AND LABELING

4.1. The tape should be wound in equal undisturbed rows and ensure free reeling from the spools. In this case, the coil should be located strictly horizontally.

4.2. Each reel of wound tape should have a cardboard tag or paper label indicating:

  • the name of the supplier;
  • tape size;
  • coil numbers;
  • metal melt numbers;
  • date of manufacture and stamp of quality control department.

4.3. Ribbon spools are wrapped initially with ODP paper, and then with waxed paper and packed in a rigid container, which must indicate:

  • the name of the supplier or its trademark;
  • weight (gross and net);
  • number of these technical specifications;
  • batch number.

4.4. Each valid batch of tape is accompanied by a certificate document, which must indicate:

  • name of the organization, which includes the manufacturer;
  • tape size;
  • heat number;
  • chemical composition;
  • mechanical properties;
  • number and numbers of coils;
  • production dates and quality control stamps.

5. PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

5.1. The wholesale price is set for the tape according to the appendix to the TU data.

The calculation was made on the basis of the «Regulations» approved by the State Committee for the Commission of Ministers of the USSR No. 10−15 / 2935 and the MCHM of the USSR No. AB-1684/47 dated December 7, 1972 (and clause 13. General instructions of the price list No. 01−05, part 1, ed. 195 g.)

Initial data for price calculation.

New technical conditions have been developed to replace ChMTU 4−337−70, the wholesale price for which is listed in the price list No. 01−05 Part 1, p. 52, ed. 1975 year

The requirements for the quality of the tape according to TU 14−4-694−76 fully coincide with the requirements for the replaced ChMTU 4−337−70. Therefore, the wholesale price has been transferred to this annex without changes.
