These technical conditions apply to cold-rolled tape (hereinafter referred to as tape) made of precision alloys with specified elastic properties of grades 14Kh6N4GDMT-VI and 14Kh6N4G-VI, used for corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant elastic elements operating at temperatures up to +250 °C.

1 Assortment

2 Technical requirements
2.1 The chemical composition of alloys of grades 14Kh6N4GDMT-VI and 14Kh6N4G-VI must correspond to that specified in Table 2.

Notes 1 In the alloy grade 14Kh6N4G-VI, the mass fraction of copper, molybdenum, titanium, niobium and vanadium within the limits close to those specified is guaranteed by the manufacturer, without defining the calculated composition for smelting the alloy. 2 The mass fraction of nitrogen in alloys of grades 14Kh6N4GDMT-VI and 14Kh6N4G-VI must be at least 0.02%. The mass fraction of nitrogen is not determined and is guaranteed by the manufacturer. |
2.2 The tape is produced with cut (O) and uncut (HO) edges.
Note - Technical requirements for trim tape not specified in these technical conditions must comply with GOST 14117.
2.3 The tape is supplied in a cold-rolled condition with a degree of deformation from 80% to 90%.
2.4 The surface of the tape must be even, smooth, without cracks or delamination. Individual local defects in the form of films, scratches, roller marks, wrinkles, dents are allowed if their depth does not exceed the minus maximum deviations in thickness.
2.5 The mechanical properties of the tape, determined on control heat-treated samples according to the manufacturer's regime, must correspond to the following values:
- ultimate strength σ in - not less than 1765 N/mm 2 ;
- relative elongation δ 50 - not less than 2%.

Note - Mechanical properties are determined for data accumulation and are not a rejection feature.
2.6 The number of folds of heat-treated tape with a thickness of 0.15 mm must be at least 16.
3 Acceptance rules and testing methods
3.1 General acceptance rules according to GOST 14117 with the following additions.
3.2 The tape is presented for acceptance in batches consisting of tape of the same size, from the same heat.
3.3 The tape is controlled according to the following indicators and in the following volume:
- tape dimensions, surface quality - for 100% of products;
- chemical composition - on one sample from the melt;
- mechanical properties - on three samples from the batch;
- bending tests (for tape with a thickness of 0.15 mm) - on two samples from two rolls from a batch.
3.4 The surface quality is controlled visually.
3.5 Dimensional control is carried out using a standard measuring instrument that ensures the required accuracy.
The dimensions are controlled at a distance of at least 200 mm from the end of the section and at a distance of at least 5 mm from the edge.
The thickness is controlled with a micrometer with a division value of 0.01 mm according to GOST 6507.
The width is controlled using a metal measuring ruler according to GOST 427 with a division value of 1.0 mm.
3.6 Sampling is carried out in accordance with GOST 7565.
The chemical composition is determined according to GOST 12344, GOST 12346, GOST 12348, GOST 12350, GOST 12351, GOST 12352, GOST 12354, GOST 12355, GOST 12356, GOST 12359, GOST 12361, GOST 28473, or other methods that ensure the required accuracy.
3.7 The ultimate strength is determined according to GOST 11701 on samples with a calculated length l 0 = 4· b 0 .
3.8 Bending tests - according to GOST 13813. The roller radius (r) should be 2 mm, the lever arm (a) should be 6 mm.
