This standard applies to woven wire mesh: low carbon and high alloy steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys, for filtering, dewatering and drying.

The grid is a wire cloth with zero cells, received by interlacing wires with wire bases duck.

1. THE TYPES, BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

1.1. Meshes are divided as follows:

— type of weave — types:

P — plain weave in which the warp wires, located at a certain distance from each other, intertwine through one with the weft wires arranged close to each other (Fig.1). Cells in light are absent;

1.3. Mesh produce a width of 1000 mm. On request of the consumer — of a width of 600, 1200, 1300 mm.

Limit deviations on width of the grid group 1 — ±5 mm, group 2 — ±10 mm.

1.4. Mesh produce rolled. The coil should not be more than five pieces. The shortest length or multiple piece sets consumer. In the absence of customer requirements, the length of the piece of mesh should not be less than 1000 mm, for mesh No. 120, 160, 200 are allowed one piece length not less than 200 mm. With the consent of the consumer is allowed the minimum length of a piece less than 1000 mm.

For meshes of group 1, the minimum length of any individual piece shall not be less than 2000 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Mesh shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.1. Mesh shall be manufactured from heat-treated steel wire: low carbon 14−4-1563 on the other, high-alloy steel grades 12H18N9, 12X18H9T, 12X18H10T, 08X18H10, 10X17H13M2T, 10H17N13M3T on the other 14−4-1571.

At the customer’s request mesh made from wire of other metals and alloys, as well as from wire having a protective coating.

2.2. The interweaving of the wires in the mesh should be correct. Crossing the wires should not be.

2.3. The mesh should not be torn wires. In the grids of high-alloy wire allowed local single fractures weft wires no more than five 1 mГОСТ 3187-76 Сетки проволочные тканые фильтровые. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1-4)mesh for meshes of group 2 and not more than three grids for group 1.

2.3.1. The number of spliced wire ends, loops, twists, ticks on 1 mГОСТ 3187-76 Сетки проволочные тканые фильтровые. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1-4)grids shall not exceed for meshes of low carbon wire groups 1 and 2 and for a mesh of high-alloy wire group 2:

9 — grids N 24−90;

13 — for meshes N 100−200.

For meshes of group 1 of high-alloy wire:

6 — for meshes N 24−90;

10 for meshes N 100−200.

2.3, 2.3.1. (Changed edition, Rev. N 3, 4).

2.4. Weft wires in the overlapping areas need to closely adhere to each other. Allowed the gaps between the weft wires in the overlapping areas not exceeding 0.1 of the diameter of the weft wires.

2.5. In the grid there should be no mechanical damages, stitched seats and earned foreign objects.

2.6. Maximum deviations of 1 DM from the nominal number of wires in the grids of all types should not exceed:

±1 wire on the basis of grids N 24−100;

±20 wires in the weft direction of the mesh N 24−100;

±2 wire on the basis of grids N 120−200;

±30 wires at the duck N 120−200 meshes.

2.7. Mesh manufactured zakritimi and without secrec. In the manufacture of grids without secrec the ends of the weft wires should be clipped or bent. One side of the mesh of a width of 600 mm can be zakryli, one without sacrice.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Grid apply to the acceptance of the parties. The party should consist of rolls of mesh of the same type, size, material, furnished by a single document about quality that contains:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the symbol grid;

the mesh width in mm, length in metres;

— number of rolls in the party.

3.2. Checking the quality and weave type, the number of the spliced ends of the wires, loops, twists and ticks, the length and width of the grid is subjected to each roll of mesh.

3.3. In each selected coil check all the pieces mesh.

3.4. From those of claim 3.2 rolls of mesh select the 10% but not less than three rolls, which check the number of warp and weft wires. If unsatisfactory validation results recheck for twice the number of rolls is not subjected to control. The results of the repeated checking are final.

With the consent of the consumer areas of the mesh with defects can be cut out, and mark with colored pencil and the footage deleted.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. To check the number of the spliced ends of the wires, loops, twists, and ticks on a 1 mГОСТ 3187-76 Сетки проволочные тканые фильтровые. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1-4)grid to choose where visually noticeable the greatest accumulation.

24−60 N 1 DM for the base and 0.1 DM to duck;

N 64−200 0.1 DM for warp and weft.

The number of wires counted in three places, one of which is located in the middle of the grid, and the other two edges, but not closer than 100 mm from the edge of the grid. The final result is counted as the arithmetic mean values of three dimensions of the grid, multiplied by a factor of 10:

N 24−60 for the basics;

64−200 N for warp and weft.

A straight line connecting any two measurements must not coincide with the direction of warp and weft.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. N 100−200 mesh must be wound on a rigid cylindrical core, a length of 50−100 mm greater than the width of the grid. The core should be strong, smooth and does not cause corrosion of the grids.

5.2. Each roll of netting should be tied in the middle and on the edges of the wire churchyard 3282 or other soft wire according to normative-technical documentation.

5.3. Each roll N 100−200 mesh should be wrapped with paper 9569 or GOST GOST 8828 or other paper, an equivalent protective properties. Then coils are placed in a tight wooden boxes of the type II according to GOST 18617 or other boxes, providing protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.

Each roll of mesh N 24−90 should be wrapped with paper 9569 or GOST GOST 8828или other paper of equal protection, then plastic film graveyard or GOST 10354 16272, or another polymer film or container holstoproshivny canvas or a stitched flap from the waste of the textile industry, as well as other materials, excluding the application of fabrics made of natural fibers and does not deteriorate the quality of the packaging.

5.7. Mesh carrying bales, boxes and bags according to GOST 26663, GOST 24597, covered vehicles of all types in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.

When transporting two or more rolls or boxes of the same consumer of them form the integrated package. Allowed the formation of packages without the use of pallets. Rolls or boxes are placed in a horizontal position. Packages associated in at least two places to form a loop under the hook of the hoist.
