At 100% strength test, the total breaking strength of the rope is determined by the amount of explosive efforts of all wires. If the sampling test, the total breaking strength of the rope is defined as the sum of the products of the average values of discontinuous efforts the tested wires of different sizes on a number line.
The correspondence of the calculated temporary tear resistance of the wires specified in the order, check the value of the total breaking strength of the rope, obtained by testing wires, divided by the estimated area of the rope specified in the standard assortment.
When you adjust the wire in accordance with claim 1.19 actual area of the rope is taken according to the specified nominal dimensions of the wires.
The definition of the marking of the group of round wires of a rope is determined by dividing the total breaking strength of all round wires with nominal area of cross section and rounding down to the nearest marking group according to GOST 7372.
