Jethete® M152
This alloy consists of nickel, chrome. This alloy covers with a red-brown oxide film under an influence of high temperature in air. Available forms of mill-products: rod, seamless and welded tube, wire, plate, sheet, connecting piece, flange, forging. A high wearing quality, an immunity to aggressive environment effect, and a heat resistance allow using Jethete® M152 alloy for welded chemical equipment. Unique operation factors give a possibility to use it for manufacturing heat-exchange equipment, thermal screen, details of heat-treatment furnaces, combustion chambers. Corrosion resistance makes it relevant in industrial chemistry.

This alloy has a good workability. It can satisfactory be taken to molding. However, it is disposed to a hammer hardening. That is why it must be cut at small speeds with a special tool. It differs with an excellent weldability by dint of well-balanced composition. Welding is done without further heat treating or previous heating.
Welding
| Type | Description |
| weldable without stint |
welding is done without further heat treating or previous heating |
| hardly weldable | in order to obtain a qualitative welded joints, it is necessary to perform the following operations: while welding to heat it up to 200−300°C, to do a heat treating (annealing) after welding |
| limitedly weldable | welding is possible at heating to 100−120°С and last heat treating |
