2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Mesh shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, of low-carbon heat-treated without coating or galvanized wire of normal accuracy on the other 14−4-1563.
Grid group 1 shall be made of wire with a negative marginal variance equal to the sum of the absolute values of limit deviations.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
2.2. Each spiral should consist of one wire.
2.3. Adjacent coils shall be woven into each other all the turns with no gaps.
2.4. The grid should not be turned upside down spirals.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
2.5. The ends of the spirals on both sides of the mesh needs to be cut and each end at the joint must be bent to its spiral.
2.6. Mesh after fabrication is rolled into rolls. The coil should consist of one piece of mesh length less than 5 m for NN grids 5−60 and not less than 3 m for grids NN, 80, 100.
Allowed to roll coils of two pieces, sewn in a spiral.
For meshes of group 1 the coil shall consist of one piece length not less than 10 m for NN grids 5−60 and not less than 5 m for the grids NN, 80, 100.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
2.7. Coil weight should not exceed 80 kg For the grids NN, 80 and 100 may increase the weight of the roll of mesh to 250 kg.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The mesh is accepted by the parties. The party should consist of grids of the same rooms, same width, same material and decorated by one document on quality. The document about quality should contain:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the symbol grid;
— the width in millimeters and the length of grid in meters, the total number of mesh in square meters;
— number of rolls in the party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3.2. To check the quality of the weave, turning end of the spiral, the average value of the width of the cell in the light, length, mesh width and angle of the cell from the party take 5% rolls, but at least two.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
3.3. If unsatisfactory validation results of at least one of the indicators, it conducted a re-verification at twice the number of rolls.
The results of re-examination extends to the whole party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The quality of the weave and the bending of the ends of the spirals are determined visually when rewinding rolls of mesh.
4.2. The arithmetic average of the width of the cell in the light is determined at three places of the grid distant from the edges of not less than 100 mm, counting in two directions parallel to the sides of the cell to 10 cells for the grids NN 5−15 and five cells for the mesh and 20−100 NN measure the length of the plot, including one extreme wire, which is counted cells. The length of the site to determine the average value of the width of the cell in the light measuring meter or a ruler with a scale division of 1 mm.
The arithmetic average of the width of the cell in light (), mm, is calculated by the formula
,
where — the length of the plot on which are arranged successively measured in the respective directions five or 10 cells, mm.
— the number of counted cells.
— nominal wire diameter, mm.
The final value of the arithmetic mean size of the cell under light is defined as the arithmetic mean of six measurements.
4.3. Wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 before the production of the grid.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
4.4. The width of the mesh measured at the exposed angled ends of the wires with a meter or a tape measure with a scale division of 1 mm. Length of the mesh measured under tension, eliminating the change in shape of the cells, a meter or a tape measure with a scale division of 1 mm, or counter.
4.5. The corner of the cell to check a protractor according to GOST 5378 or template in three places of the grid, but not closer than two cells from the edge of the grid.
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Each roll of netting should be tied low carbon wire diameter 1.2−2.5 mm according to GOST 3282, or the 14−4-1563 or waste of this wire in the middle and on the edges, or the end of the mesh should be attached the same wire to the coil in the middle and at the edges.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 3).
5.2. The ends of the roll should be wrapped in paper according to GOST 8828 or other paper, is made according to normative-technical documentation (NTD), or a wrapping cloth churchyard 5530, or container holstoproshivny canvas or laminated fabric, or stitched flap from the waste of the textile industry, as well as other materials, made according to the NTD eliminates the use of cotton and linen fabrics, and not impair the quality of packaging.
Allowed mesh NN 5−50 inclusive of packaging, and be sure to tie the ends of the cross-shaped coil of wire in accordance with claim 5.1 or otherwise, subject to the prevention of adhesion of bent wires between them.
Packaging material at the ends of the coils tie wire in accordance with paragraph 5.1.
Packaging nets, transported to the far North and remote areas, must comply with GOST 15846.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
5.3. At the customer’s request mesh coated with preservative grease GSD approved in the prescribed manner or with a mixture of GSD and industrial oil according to GOST 20799 in 1:1 ratio.
5.4. To the end of the roll or package must be attached to the label, which indicate:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the symbol grid;
— the width in millimeters and the length of grid in meters, the total number of mesh in square meters.
5.3−5.4. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
