workpiece and extend the test results to smaller profiles.
At the same time, the manufacturer guarantees the properties of the steel of the finished profiles in accordance with the requirements of these technical conditions.
3.6. It is not mandatory to indicate the profile size in the marking sign.
3.7. The steel is marked 25X17N2B-Sh.
3.8. Electroslag melting refers to metal smelted from one initial melt, in installations of one type in crystallizers of one size.
When remelting 2-3 consumable electrodes into one ESR ingot (paired and triple assembly), it is allowed to assemble consumable electrodes from 2-3 melts. With paired or triple assembly, the chemical composition of the ESR metal recorded in the quality document is determined from a sample taken from the supplied profile or reforged blank 80÷100 mm.
The chemical composition is determined on each ESR ingot.
3.9. Impact bending testing is performed on type I specimens.
3.10. Transportation and storage of metal products - in accordance with GOST 7566.
