5. REISSUE
This standard applies to round cold drawn cannot be thermally treated wire of quality carbon structural steel.
1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. Depending on the mechanical properties of the wire produced two groups: 1; 2.
1.2. Wire shall be manufactured with a diameter of from 0.32 to 7.0 mm carbon steel and from 0.32 to 10.0 mm of mild steel.
1.3. The diameter of the wire should correspond to series R 40 according to GOST 2771.
Tolerances for diameter shall be as given in table.1.

1.4. Allowed to produce an intermediate wire diameters of 0.30; 3,50; 5,50; 6,50 mm.
Limit deviations for these diameters are set equal to the marginal deviations of the nearest larger diameter.
1.5. The roundness of the wire must not exceed half of the permissible deviations in diameter.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Features
2.1.1. Wire shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Wire shall be manufactured of steel grades 08KP, 10, 10ps, 10kp, 15, 15kp, 15ps, 20, 20kp, 20ps, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 according to the GOST 1050. Brand become the consumer specifies in the order.
2.1.2. On the surface of the wire should not be sunsets, prisoner, scale, rust, and scratches, rolled out the bubbles, scratches, and fingerprints rabini depth of more than half of the limit deviation for wire diameters.

2.1.4. For a wire diameter of 0.75 mm and less a test of inflection is replaced by a rupture test with the node, wherein the breaking strength of the wire must be at least 50% of the breaking strength of the same wire at the gap with no node.
2.1.5. Customer’s request wire diameter 4.0 mm of steel grade 20 made with tensile 740−930 N/mm(75 to 95 kgf/mm); 2.5 mm diameter of steel grade 50 is produced in heat-treated with a temporary tear resistance of not more than 780 N/mm(80 kgf/mm), the magnitude of bezoperatsionnogo layer should not be more than 2% on the side of the wire diameter.
2.1.6. Wire shall be manufactured in coils or on reels. Winding of wire should be carried out without entanglement of the coils and to permit free spooling of the wires from the coils and coils. During the liberation from the bindings of a coil wire should not be folding in the «eight».

2.2. Marking
2.2.1. For each coil, the coils or the Bay of the wire shall be securely attached a label, which States:
a) trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
b) designation of wire;
C) the stamp of the technical control;
g) the batch number.
2.2.2. When packing coils, spools, coils or reels of wire in boxes, metal containers information specified in subparagraphs a, b, C of paragraph 2.2.1, and the total net mass of wire are applied to the surface of the container.
2.2.3. Transport marking under GOST 14192.
2.3. Packaging
2.3.1. Each coil of wire shall be tied with soft wire according to GOST 3282или other normative-technical documentation in at least three places evenly spaced around the circumference of the rolls. The ends of the rolls should be neatly arranged and easy to find. Coils of wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm or less, made of steel grades 08−20 inclusive, are allowed to tie up the end of the wound wire. The upper end of the cut wire on the coil should be mounted on the coil cheek.
2.3.2. Coils of wire of the same steel grade and of the same diameter is allowed to associate in coils weight (gross) not more than 1.5 T.
2.3.3. The wire should be coated with preservative oil. Coils, coil wire diameter of 0.5 mm and less shall be wrapped with a layer of paper and Packed in tight wooden boxes of the type II according to GOST 18617, 15841 GOST, GOST 15623, GOST 16536 or metal container made according to normative-technical documentation.
Coils and coil wire diameter over 0.5 mm should be wrapped with a layer of paper, then a layer of polymeric film or fabric. On top of packing bundles tied with soft wire according to GOST 3282 or twine according to GOST 17308 in one place at the upper end of the packing material.
In mechanised packing of rolls of barbed wire should be wrapped with a layer of paper 10396 churchyard or paper stamps KMV 170 according to normative-technical documentation, or other creped paper, equal in protective qualities, is made according to normative-technical documentation, or a polymeric film or nonwoven fabric laminated on the other of the RSFSR 52−9814.
As a preserving oil applied preservative oil brand NG 203A for OST 38.01436, grade K-17 GOST 10877, brand GSD according to normative-technical documentation or other brands of preservative oil, equal in protective qualities, is made according to normative-technical documentation.
Preservation oils brands NG-203A and GSD may be applied diluted with spindle oil according to GOST 20799 in 1:1 ratio.
The quality of packaging materials used:
the waxed paper according to GOST 9569; it allowed the use of double-layer wrapping paper according to GOST 8828, oiled paper of grade A according to GOST 8273 or other paper that protect the wire from corrosion, is made according to normative-technical documentation;
the polymeric film according to GOST 10354, 16272 GOST and other normative and technical documentation;
container holstoproshivny the canvas according to normative-technical documentation, fabric packaging technical assignment GOST 5530;
other types of packaging materials according to normative-technical documentation, precluding the use of fabrics made of natural fibers and does not deteriorate the quality of a stitched flap from the waste of the textile industry.
By agreement with the consumer allowed transportation of the wire without preservative oils and packaging.
2.3.4. The weight of the package should be no more than 1.5 tons, according to the demand of the consumer not more than 80 kg When transporting the wire in covered vehicles, the mass of the package must not be more than 1.25 t;
the formation of the transport packet is performed according to GOST 26663.
Allowed the formation of packages without the use of pallets.
2.3.5. Wire that is sent to the far North and remote areas, Packed in accordance with GOST 15846.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire apply to the acceptance of the parties. The party should consist of wire of the same steel grade and of the same diameter and must be issued by a quality document in which you specify:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
symbol wire;
the net weight of the batch;
the results of the tests;
batch number.
3.2. The appearance test and control sizes are subjected to 10% skeins or coils of the party, but not less than five skeins.
3.3. To check the mechanical properties of the wire and magnitude bezoperatsionnogo layer take 5% skeins or coils, but not less than three.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of samples.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. Visual inspection of the wire surface is carried out visually.
To determine the time resistance, number of bends and size bezoperatsionnogo layer is taken one sample from each selected coil or coils.
4.2. Diameter and ovality of wire measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 and GOST 4381в two mutually perpendicular directions of the same cross section of wire in at least three different parts of the winding (coil).
4.3. The depth of the defect is determined by removing it Stripping and subsequent measurement of the diameter of the wire in the place of Stripping.
4.4. Test wire tensile is carried out according to GOST 10446.
4.5. Test the wire on the bend is carried out according to GOST 1579.
4.6. Determination of bezoperatsionnogo layer is carried out according to GOST 1763.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Wire transporterowych by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species. The placement and securing cargo in vehicles must meet the specifications of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR.
Transportation of the wire rail is held carload or small shipments.
Allowed the transport of wire in universal containers according to GOST 15102,20435 GOST, GOST 22225. The conditions of transport must comply with the storage conditions, 5 GOST 15150.
5.2. Wire that is sent to the far North and remote areas, transported in accordance with GOST 15846.
