These technical conditions apply to the supply of cold-rolled sheets made of heat-resistant alloy of the KhN50VMTYUB-VI (EP648-VI) grade, melted in a vacuum induction furnace when using as a charge chromium, electrolytic refined grade «ERH».
1. Range
1.1. Sheets are supplied with a thickness of 0.8 to 3.0 mm.
Sheet sizes, shape and maximum dimensional deviations must comply with GOST 3680−57 and the supplier’s specialization.The degree of rental accuracy, group «B» — see at the end of TU.
1.2. Non-flatness of sheets should be no more than 20 mm per 1 m.
2. Technical requirements
2.1. The chemical composition of the alloy grade KhN50VMTYUB-VI (EP648-VI) must meet the requirements of table. 1.

Notes:
1. Boron and cerium are introduced into the metal by calculation and are not determined by chemical analysis.
2. Deviations in chemical composition are allowed in accordance with GOST 10500−63 .

Recommended heat treatment mode: quenching from 1140 ± 10 ° С.

2.3. The mechanical properties of the alloy, determined in the state of delivery and on heat-treated in a special mode control samples taken from sheets in the state of delivery, must correspond to table. 2.

2.4. Sheets in the delivered condition control the size of the actual (actual) grain. The grain size should not be larger than number 4 in accordance with GOST 5639−65 .
2.5. Requirements for the surface quality of sheets must comply with ChMTU 1−456−68
3. Acceptance rules and test methods
3.1. Acceptance rules and test methods must comply with the requirements of technical specifications ČMTU 1−456−68.
3.2. Mechanical properties are tested in accordance with GOST 11701−66 on short samples.
4. Packaging, labeling and paperwork.
4.1. Packaging, labeling and documentation must comply with the requirements of the technical specifications of the ChMTU 1−456−68.

4.2. It is allowed to combine small tiles into one up to 1 ton, but not less than 3 planks.
4.3. Sheets are marked with «OP64V-VI».
4.4. A blank for sheet production is supplied in the form of a slab according to the technical specifications of the ChMTU 1−460−68 or a finished strip with a size of 60x140 mm according to the specifications of the ChMTU 1−459−68 with the II-nd surface group.
5. The procedure for payment for products.
5.1. Prices are set according to the application.
After the introduction of GOST 19904−74 «Cold- rolled sheet steel. Assortment, clause 1.1 to be revised:
«1.1. Cold-rolled sheets are supplied with a thickness of 0.8 to 3.0 mm. Sheet sizes, shape and maximum dimensional deviations must comply with GOST 19904−74and supplier specialization. The degree of accuracy of rolled products is group «B».
The name of the steel grade on the title page and the correction in table. 2 is considered correct.
