These technical conditions apply to hot-rolled rods made of heat-resistant alloy of the grade KhN65VMTYu (EI893), KhN65VMTYu-VI (EI893-VI) of open induction or vacuum-induction smelting, intended for machine parts obtained by subsequent cold machining.

Lot up to 100 tons per year.
1. Range
1.1. Bars are supplied with diameters of Ø20 mm with a dimensional tolerance of ± 1.0 mm, with a length not shorter than 1000 mm.
1.2. The ovality of the bars should not exceed the diameter tolerance.
The curvature of the bars should not exceed 6 mm per 1 meter of length.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The chemical composition of the alloy must meet the requirements of table. 1
2.2. The metal is supplied without heat treatment.

2.3 Surface, macrostructure of the alloy in accordance with TU 14−1-322−72.
2.4 Bars for fracture of heat-treated samples are not controlled.
2.5. The mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature and a temperature of 750 ° C, determined on heat-treated longitudinal specimens, must meet the requirements of table. 2.

4. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage in accordance with TU 14−1-322−72 and GOST 7566−81.
