These technical conditions apply to welding wire made of steel grade Sv-09X16N4B (EP56) of conventional smelting or of electroslag remelting metal.
1. VARIETY
1.2. The wire is supplied in diameters from 2.0 to 6.0 mm.
Diameter, maximum deviation in diameter and ovality of the wire in accordance with GOST 2246−70, for welding.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The chemical composition of steel grade Sv-09H16N4B (EP56) must comply with the table.
Table
Content of elements, in% | ||||||||
Carbon | Silicon | Manganese | Sulfur | Phosphorus | Chromium | Nickel | Iron | Niobium |
0.08 0.12 |
no more | 15.0 16.4 |
4.0 4.5 |
Ost. | 0.05 0.15 | |||
0.60 | 0.50 | 0.015 | 0.025 |
- The content of sulfur and steel of electroslag remelting is not more than 0.0128.
- Deviations for chromium by plus, minus 0.10%, for nickel by plus, 0.08% minutes are allowed.
- Residual content of copper, tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum is allowed not more than 0.2% of each element.
2.2. The wire is delivered in cold-worked condition. At the request of the consumer, wire with a diameter of not more than 2.0 mm is supplied in a heat-treated state. The wire is delivered etched and bleached.
2.3. The wire is made from pre-ground billets in bundles.
2.4. The tensile strength of the wire is determined. The test results are recorded in the certificate.
2.5. The surface of the wire must be clean and smooth, free of scale, rust, oil, delamination, sunsets, captivity, spreading, cracks and without any traces of grease. On the surface of the wire, risks and single small longitudinal cracks are allowed.
Matt color of the wire surface is allowed.
3. TEST METHODS
3.1. Test methods in accordance with GOST 2246−70 .
4. PACKAGING, LABELING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
4.1. Labeling, storage and transportation in accordance with GOST 2246−70 .
4.2. Wire with a diameter of 1.0 to 2.0 mm is supplied packed in container fabric (textile tape) or synthetic film, followed by wrapping with a wire that protects the wire from unwinding, and with a diameter of 2.0 mm and above, it is delivered unpacked, but with wire binding at least in three places, evenly spaced around the perimeter of the skein.
4.3. The billet for the manufacture of wire is supplied in a square of 38 mm, with the 1st surface group, according to technical conditions TU 14−1-1213−75.
4.3. When smelting metal by the method of electroslag remelting, steel is additionally marked with the index «Ш».
5. PROCEDURE FOR CALCULATION OF PRICES FOR PRODUCTS
5.1. Prices are set according to the application.
