cold rolled heat treated - M5v,

hot rolled heat treated,

etched or after bright annealing - M2b, M3b, M4b, M5b,

hot rolled, heat treated, non-pickled - M5g,

hot rolled without heat treatment and not pickled - 5d;

- by rolling accuracy:

high precision - A,

normal accuracy - B;

- according to the type of edges:

trimmed - Oh,

unedged - NO;

- for deviation from flatness of sheets with tensile strength of 690 N/mm² (70 kgf/mm²) and less by:

particularly high flatness - PO,

high flatness - PV,

improved flatness - PU,

normal flatness - PN.

(Changed edition, Amendment No. 2).

2. ASSORTMENT

2.1. Hot rolled thick sheet steel is produced with a thickness of 4 to 50 mm, cold rolled - from 4 to 5 mm.

2.2. The shape, dimensions and maximum deviations in dimensions of thick sheet steel must comply with the requirements:

- for hot rolled - GOST 19903;

- for cold-rolled - GOST 19904.

Hot rolled sheets with a thickness of more than 20 mm with a cut edge are manufactured by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.

Hot rolled sheets of increased rolling precision A are manufactured according to customer requirements.

(Changed edition, Amendment No. 2).

2.3. The deviation of sheets from flatness must correspond to that specified in Table 1.

Sheets of steel grade 03X22N6M2 are tested in the hardened state, and those of steel grade 03X23N6 are tested in the hardened state and subsequently tempered at 550 °C for 1 hour.

(Changed edition, Amendment No. 1, 2).

5.11. The absence of internal defects in sheets, as specified in paragraph 3.3, is ensured by the technology of steel and sheet production.

Control is carried out visually on the edges of the sheets.

Ultrasonic testing of internal defects is carried out at the request of the consumer in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation (RTD).

(Changed edition, Amendment No. 2).

5.12. To test mechanical properties and the absence of a tendency to intercrystalline corrosion, it is permissible to use statistical control methods approved in the established manner.

5.13. Hardness determination is carried out according to GOST 9012 on blanks for the production of tensile samples.

5.14. The bending test is carried out in accordance with GOST 14019.

5.13, 5.14. (Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 2).

6. PACKAGING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

6.1. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage - according to GOST 7566.

(Changed edition, Amendment No. 2).

6.2. (Excluded, Amendment No. 2).

6.3. When packing sheets into bundles, each bundle must consist of sheets from the same batch. It is allowed to pack sheets from different batches made from the same heat into one bundle. In this case, the batches must be separated by spacers. It is allowed to strap bundles of hot-rolled unetched sheets with transverse strapping in an amount equal to the sum of the longitudinal and transverse strapping provided for by GOST 7566. In this case, there must be no shifting of sheets in bundles during transportation. Instead of marking the top sheet of the bundle, it is allowed to apply marking to a metal card of at least 200×290 mm in size, securely attached in at least two places to the packing tape on the top of the bundle.
