2.6. The run of temporary tear resistance of wire on a reel should not exceed 100 N/mm(10 kgf/mm).
2.7. The wire should not delaminate when tested in torsion. Sign of stratification is considered to be a surface crack along a helix of the sample.
2.8. Wire is manufactured in coils consisting of one segment. The wire should be wound separatornyi rows and free to Mosey skeins. When releasing the skeins from the bindings wire not be withdrawn in «eight».
2.9. Weight of wire on a reel shall be as defined in table.3. Allowed bags weighing 50% less than that specified in table.3, in an amount of not more than 10% of the total weight of the party.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of the same diameter, the same melt and be issued a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
symbol wire;
grade of steel;
the net weight of the batch;
the results of the tests.
The weight of the batch shall be not less than 500 kg.
3.2. Surface quality and diameter of the wire is checked for each reel.
3.3. To check the mechanical properties of the wire of the party take 5% of the skeins, but not less than three skeins. The differences in the evaluation of the chemical composition of the wire take one skein of the party.
3.4. The chemical composition of the wire in accordance with the document on the quality of the manufacturing of steel.
3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of skeins.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. To determine the mechanical properties of the wire selected one sample from both ends of each check is completed to verify chemical composition — one sample from either end of the strand.
4.2. Diameter and ovality of wire measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507−90 or churchyard 4381−87 in two mutually perpendicular directions of the same cross section in any place of a coil at a distance of not less than 1.5 m from the ends.
4.3. Differences in the chemical composition of the wire should be checked according to GOST 22536.0−87 GOST 22536.1−88, GOST 22536.2−87, GOST 22536.3−88, GOST 22536.4−88, GOST 22536.5−87, GOST 22536.6−88, GOST 22536.7−88, GOST 22536.8−87, GOST 22536.9−88, GOST 12359−99, GOST 27809−95 or other methods providing the required accuracy.
4.2, 4.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.4. The surface quality of the wire is checked visually. Allowed the use of a magnifying glass with magnification of no more than 5.
The depth of the defect is determined by the destruction of its sweep, followed by a comparative measurement in the stripped and unstripped areas.
4.5. Test wire tensile is carried out according to GOST 10446−80.
4.6. Test the wire on the bend is carried out according to GOST 1579−93.
4.7. Test wire torsion is carried out according to GOST 1545−80 on samples with an estimated length of 200 mm. Wire with a diameter of 5.5 mm or more, tested in torsion to the complete destruction of the sample.
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Each coil of wire shall be tied with annealed wire according to GOST 3282−74 or other wire according to normative-technical documentation in at least three places evenly spaced around the circumference of the rolls. The ends of the rolls should be neatly arranged and easy to find.
