Ropes shortened length used for operating needs of the consumer, should not exceed 2% of the batch weight.
The tolerance along the length should not be more than ±1%.
The ends of the ropes must have at least two dressings with a length of not less than 40 mm at a distance of not more than 50 mm from each other.
2.9. The rope must be prescripcialis and ratavanne.
2.10. The rope should be over the entire length uniform step lay all the elements. The step length of lay of wires in strands of the wire core shall not exceed 8.5 times the diameter of the strands, and the step length of lay of strands in the rope and the metal core is 6.5 times the diameter of each.
2.11. The rope is coated with grease over the entire cross section.
As lubricants to be applied: Torsiol-35, BOZ-1 and other cable lubricant according to normative-technical documentation.
2.12. The rope must be wound with a single cut on wooden drums according to GOST 11127, metal drums, for technical documentation or on returnable drums, using them in the prescribed manner.
At the request of the consumer, drums with rope edged boards. Under the covering is laid a layer of paper according to GOST 8828 or GOST 9569.
2.12.1. Packing ropes being shipped to the far North and equivalent areas, as well as ropes, transported by sea transport group 13.4 GOST 15846. During transportation by air transport, the drums should be Packed in wooden crates.
2.12.2. The diameter of the neck of the roller should not be less than 15 times the rope diameter. The cheeks of the drum must protrude above the outer layer of wound rope not less than 50 mm.
2.12.3. The ends of the rope must be firmly attached to the drum: the cable shall be laid tight, separatornyi rows to ensure free unrolling it from the drum.
2.13. Transport marking under GOST 14192.
2.14. Marking of ropes — according to GOST 3241.
2.15. Other technical requirements — GOST 3241.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. The ropes are taken by the parties. The party should be composed of rope of the same size, in one packing unit and furnished by a single document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
name of the organization, which includes the manufacturer;
the number of the rope on the numbering system of the manufacturer;
the symbol of the rope;
the length of the rope;
the gross weight of the rope;
the total breaking strength of all wires in the rope or breaking strength of the rope as a whole;
the material of the core;
the date of manufacture of the rope;
type of lubrication;
the number of the drum;
the image of the mark of conformity for mandatory certification.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
3.2. Appearance, dimensions and mechanical properties of the wires, check each wire.
3.3. Other rules of acceptance GOST 3241.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. To check the mechanical properties of wires and diameter of wires, the presence of lubricant in the rope and the core from each rope selected segment of the rope length of at least 1 m.
From cut the rope to tensile tests, twisting and kinking of the 46 selected core wires of the strands (including 27 of the wires of the outer layer of strands 18 and wires of the inner layers and 1 Central wire), and from the rope with a metal core wires 12 of the metal core.
4.2. The mechanical properties of the wires and marking group of the rope is determined by the test breaking strength of wire rope.
If the total breaking strength of all wires of the rope will be below the breaking strength shown in table.1 and 2, we conducted a second test, the results of which are final.
During the test of the breaking strength of rope of grade 1 is generally allowed to evaluate the brand of the rope on the test results of mechanical properties of 10% of the wires of each diameter, but not less than three. The number of wires, obtained by the calculation is rounded to the nearest whole number upward.
4.3. The presence of lubricant in the rope and the core check visual control.
4.4. Other requirements for test methods — according to GOST 3241.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Drums with coiled ropes transporterowych by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species. Placing and fastening of cargoes in railway traffic carried out in accordance with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR. Transportation ropes by rail is carriages, light-duty or small shipments.

6.1. The diameter of the rope must match the size of the pulley-block system, where it will be used.
6.1.1. Do not operate the rope without stabilizer-stabilizer and pollution of parts of rope, mud and abrasives.
6.1.2. Dressing rope on a pulley-block system is produced by the cross tools. Allowed in some cases the use of parallel snap-in.
6.1.3. The rope should be practiced periodically with bypass in the process of drilling a well according to the system approved by the management of the enterprise-consumer.
6.1.4. During installation and bypasses of ropes with metal core is not permitted separation of the strands of the rope core. Core with a single entwined strand should be used for braiding the loops on the end of the rope.
6.1.5. Business — to-consumer rope should maintain a systematic record of achievements and bypasses the ropes. The questionnaire developments of the rope need to be sent to the manufacturer.
