Pipes made of 42НХТЮ alloy are manufactured with optional properties for mechanical and technological tests for the first 1000 m, after which the standards are specified.

2.2. Pipes are manufactured in heat treated / hardened / condition.

Note: At the request of the customer, pipes are manufactured in a cold-worked state with a degree of deformation: 25−60% for pipes with a diameter of 14 mm and above and 20−60% for pipes with a diameter of less than 14 mm. Pipes manufactured in cold-worked condition are not subjected to electropolishing, mechanical and technological tests for the following points:

a / Determination of grain size;

b / For intergranular corrosion;

c / Flattening.

The certificate for cold-worked pipes indicates the mode of the last hardening and the degree of deformation.

The curvature of cold-worked pipes is not regulated.

2.3. The mechanical properties of pipes must be at least as shown in Table 2:

table 2

Steel grades After aging 675 + 720 ° С Delivery status
δ in kg / mm 2 δ 5% δ in kg / mm 2 δ 5%

3.3. At the request of the consumer, inspection of the inner surface of pipes with an inner diameter of 8.2 mm and whiter is carried out using a periscope, while pipes with an inner diameter of 8.2−13 mm are inspected from both sides at a length of 1.5 m. In other cases, the inner surface is monitored on samples with a length of 100 mm taken from 3% of the pipes in the batch, but not less than 3 pipes.

3.4. Outside diameter control is carried out in three places along the pipe length with a micrometer, bracket or other device providing the required measurement accuracy. The pipe wall thickness control is performed with a micrometer from the pipe ends or on samples with a length of at least 50 mm, cut along the generatrix. Samples are cut from 3% of the pipes in the batch, but not less than 3 pipes.

3.5. The chemical composition of the pipe metal is accepted according to the certificate for the pipe billet. If it is necessary to check the chemical composition of the finished pipes, chips are taken from one of the pipes of this melt around the circumference in several places along the pipe length. Chemical analysis is carried out according to GOST 12344−66, GOST 12345−66, GOST 12346−66, GOST 12347−66, GOST 12348−66, GOST 12350−66, GOST 12352−66, GOST 12352−66, GOST 12356−66, GOST 12357−66 .

3.6. Determination of grain size is carried out according to GOST 5639−65 .

3.7. Tensile testing should be carried out in accordance with GOST 10006−73 with a moving grip speed of not more than 44 mm / min.

3.8. Flattening test is performed in accordance with GOST 8695−58 .

3.9. The intergranular corrosion test is carried out according to the AM GOST 6032−58 method with provoking heating to a temperature of 650−720 ° C.

3.10. To control the quality of pipe metal in the state of delivery, the following number of samples is taken:

3.10.1. For flattening — from 2 pipes of a batch, one sample.

3.10.2. Tensile after quenching, tensile after aging, to control the grain size and intergranular corrosion — from 3 pipes of a batch, one sample for each type of test.

3.11. If the results of any test are unsatisfactory, these tests are repeated on twice the number of samples. In case of unsatisfactory results of repeated tests on at least one sample, all pipes of the batch are subjected to the type of tests for which unsatisfactory results were obtained. Pipes that have shown unsatisfactory results in any of the types of tests, both during the initial and during repeated and individual checks, are rejected.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

to amendment No. 8 TU 14−3-379−75 «Manometric pipes

made of precipitation-hardening alloy 36NKHTYu5M-VI (EP 51-VI) «

The change was developed due to the expiration of the technical conditions and the need to extend them. Also in the change, references to outdated NTD have been replaced.

In connection with the exclusion of changes in 7 from TU for alloys of grades 36NKhTYu (EI 702) and 42NKhTYu, the only manufacturer of pipes made of alloy 36NKHTYu5M-VI (EP 51-VI) — Yuzhnotruyny Zavod — was introduced into TU. Also, for this brand (EP 51-VI), mechanical properties, acceptance rules and test methods, and the amount of flattening have been specified. The complex of refined properties allows one to obtain equivalent performance properties of groups A and B.

5. An analogue for determining the wholesale price for thin-walled pipes with a wall of 1.6 mm or more are pipes according to TU 14−3-218−80 (pr-nt 01−13−1989, table 21.1).

6. The basic wholesale price for seamless thin-walled pipes made of precipitation-hardening alloys of the 36NKhTYu (EI-702) and 36NKhTYuM VI (EI-51VI) types are determined based on the list price of the corresponding or the nearest smaller pipe sizes — analogues made of steel grade 06X18N10T-Sh (Table 21.1), changed by the value of ΔU: — surcharge for the steel grade calculated by the formula (sub-table text to Table 21.1), taking into account the prices for pipe billets according to TU 14−1-2554−78 and 14−1-638−73 and according to TU 14−1-3935−85.

7. The base price is subject to a surcharge for the supply of pipes:

7.1. multiple length — 4% (ibid., Table 29.1);

7.2. higher precision in diameter 10 mm — 3%

in diameter 12−16 mm — 2%

in diameter 20−32 mm — 6%

(protocol of surcharges and discounts No. 10/91);

7.3. higher accuracy for wall thickness 1.6−1.8 mm — 14% (protocol of surcharges and discounts No. 10−31) pipes with a wall thickness of 2−2.6 mm with a diameter of 16 mm to 30 mm — 5% (protocol of surcharges and discounts No. 10−91);

7.4. with a one-sided maximum deviation of 4% (pr-nt 01−13−1989, table 29.12).

8. A discount is provided for the supply of pipes from the base price:

8.1. without testing pipes for non-metallic inclusions — 3% (in the same table, 29.11);

8.2. without distribution tests — 1% (ibid., Table 29.11);

8.3. without electropolishing — 58% (under the table text to Table 21.1);

8.5. with an electropolished outer surface and an etched inner surface — 20% (ibid.);

page 6

8.6. with an electropolished inner surface — 30% (ibid.);

8.7. at the request of consumers in a cold-worked condition — 0.7% (ibid., Table 29.4);

8.8. without standardization of curvature for pipes in cold-worked state — 3% (ibid., Table 29.2);

8.9. without grain test, flattening by 1%, intergranular corrosion 2.5% for pipes in the cold worked state (ibid., Tables 29.5, 29.11).

9. To wholesale prices, taking into account surcharges and discounts, a retention coefficient of 1.19 is applied, approved by the Decree of the State Committee for the Commission of the USSR dated December 29, 1990, No. 889 and a coefficient of increase in fixed wholesale prices of 1.25 for a limited volume of production, introduced from June 1, 1991, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the USSR of May 22, 1991.
