1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Assortment of sheets must match what is specified in table 1.

Sizes of sheets are specified in the order.
By agreement of the parties it is possible to supply sheets of other sizes.

1.2. Permissible deviations on dimensions:

— thickness up to 3.9 mm according to GOST 3680−67, grade «A-B» — for cold rolled sheets and class «B» — for hot rolled sheets; St 3,9 mm — according to GOST 5681−57;

— width and length — on 3680−57 GOST and GOST 5681−57.

1.3. The deviation of the sheets from a flat surface shall not exceed 1 m length: 25 mm hot rolled; cold rolled: thickness 0.8−1.2 mm is not more than 4 mm; 1,2 mm — not more than 8 mm.

The requirements for flatness of leaves optional.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Chemical composition of steel shall meet the standards of table 2, %:

Note: the Permitted deviations from the rules of the chemical composition of manganese, silicon, copper +0.1% of each element in chromium — minus 0.5% and Nickel up 0.2%, titanium — 0,05%.

2.2. Sheets come in soft (tempered) condition, the Board, with obraznymi edges.

2.3. Mechanical properties of the sheets shall conform to the requirements of table 3.

2.3.1. By agreement of the parties, the metal can be supplied without test samples for aging.

2.4. The surface of the sheets must conform to sheet steel GOST 5582−61 cold-rolled group IIA-IIA, group IIIA, HR-IVа, heavy-gauge steel GOST 7350−66.

3. Acceptance rules and test methods

3.1. Acceptance rules and test methods of thin-sheet steel GOST 5582−61, heavy-gauge steel — GOST 7350−66.

3.2. The sheets are sorted onto groups of the surface. In certificates indicate the weight of each group.

4. Labeling, packaging and documentation

4.1. Labeling, packaging and documentation 5582−61 GOST and GOST 7350−66.
Weight packs — no more than 5 tons.

5. The order price calculation

5.1. Product prices are set according to the application.

The analogue is accepted steel sheet brand Х15Н5Д2Т (ВНС2) at CMTU 1−605, wholesale prices on which you have placed in the price list No. 01−03 (p. 168 and p. 198). Sheet steel маркиХ15Н5Д2Т (ВНС2) new THAT is different from the counterpart of the same brand by adding a finish for cold rolled sheets II-A and II-B.

Wholesale prices for all thicknesses, provided THAT and surface finish III-B, III-b and IV-In accepted price 01−03 (p. 168 and p. 198). Wholesale prices for finish II-A and II-B are made by the ratio between the groups in the Marche 1Х21Н5Т (EI-8) according to GOST 5582−61 (p. 168).
