Advantages
Bronze pipes differ with unique strength, plasticity. They can be mechanically treated. Besides, they are easy to cut, to drill (except for aluminium types of bronze), to solder. They differ with their good resistance to corrosion, action of aggressive reagents. They also have good heat conduction, durability. They are widely used in many spheres of national economy.
Manufacture
Bronze pipes are manufactured with a help of hot and cold rolling. There can be used tin bronzes, alloy of copper + aluminum, alloys with silicon or beryllium depending on functions they will perform. Extruded pipes of bronze type are made of grades CuAl10Fe3Mn2, CuAl10Ni5Fe4 according to GOST 1208. Their chemical composition complies with GOST 18 175. Manometrical tubes are made of alloy grade CuSnFe according to GOST 2622.

Application
Rare combination of strength, plasticity, great corrosion resistance makes bronze mill-products highly reliable and durable during operational use. They are actively used for main pipelines that convey water, different technical fluids, chemical substances that corrode steel. Bronze tubes are often used as blanks for cutting and stamping in manufacturing rolling parts: bearings, separators. Manometrical tubes are used usually for a manufacture of springs.
