These specifications apply to cold rolled strip of heat-resistant steels and alloys.
1. Assortment
1.1. Tape is produced with thickness from 0.2 to 1.2 mm, width 400 mm band Dimensions shall be as specified in GOST 4986−70 specified in the order.
1.2. The allowable deviation in size of the tape shall not exceed those specified in GOST 4986−70.
1.3. Warpage of the strip should not exceed under GOST 4986−70.
1.4. Tape is supplied in rolls mill. The distance between welds in a coil shall not be less than 3 m.
By agreement is possible to supply the tape, welded from shorter strips.
2. Technical requirements
2.1. Chemical composition of steels and alloys shall be those specified in table. 1.
2.2. Tape is supplied in a heat treated (soft) state. Recommended mode of heat treatment of the tape are shown in table. 2.
2.3. The mechanical properties of the tape as supplied shall be as specified in table. 3.

Notes:
1. Allowed the presence of residual molybdenum in the alloy ЭИ868 not more than 1.5%, the steel ЭИ703 no more than 0.8%.
2. Allowed presence of residual copper in steel is not more than 0.2%, in Nickel-based alloys is not more than 0.07%
3. Boron and deoxidizers (cerium, calcium, barium) is introduced into the metal by calculation and by chemical analysis is not defined.
4. By agreement of the parties of the steel supply ЭИ696А with estimated boron 0,003−0,005%.
5. At the request of the consumer ЭИ703 steel instead of titanium introduced niobium in the range of 1.2−1.7 percent
6. In the alloy EI437BU presence of antimony, tin, bismuth, arsenic within 1st point of the scale spectral analysis.

2.4. The tape comes with etched and bleached surfaces. The tape surface should be clean, without oxides and traces of Pererva. On both sides of the tape allowed the individual crayons scratches, nadava from the rolls, nicks and gentle Stripping with the depth of the defects, not exceeding ½ the length limit deviation on thickness. The presence of a common light rabini depth not exceeding ¼ of the maximum deviations in thickness and not bringing the tape beyond the minimum thickness, not a rejection symptom. The belt can have a matte surface with different shades and a gray coating after etching, and the streak in the form of shades.
3. Acceptance rules, test methods, marking, packaging
3.1. All acceptance rules, test methods, marking, packaging, documentation must conform to the GOST 4986−70 with the following additions: test menswallet produced by th GOST 1497−61, in parallel, to accumulate the data, performed the test according to GOST 11701−66 on short samples having a width of 12.5 mm.
3.2. Sutunce comes in CMTU 1−460−68: for steel grade EI437BU with II-nd group of the surface, for steel ЭИ696А — IV-Oh group of the surface. The billet comes in CMTU 1−459−68 in Ø125 mm for steel ЭИ602 IV-Oh group of the surface, for steel ЭИ702 with II-nd group of the surface; for the alloy ЭИ868 — in the form of a strip 60х140 mm with IV-th group of the surface.
4. The order of payment for products.
4.1. Prices are set according to the application.

Chemical composition and technical requirements on strip steel grades: HN77TYUR (EI437BU), KHN75MBTJU (ЭИ602), KHN38VT (ЭИ703), ХН69В (ЭИ868, ВИ98), and Х12Н20Т2Р (ЭИ696А) TU 14−1-927−74 fully complies with the composition and technical requirements on the same brand for CMTU 1−96−67.
