Technical characteristics
Precision alloy of 32NKD grade with an average index of linear expansion thermal coefficient is intended to be jointed with glass С 72−4, mica or ceramics. Precision alloys are manufactured on a basis of iron, nickel, copper, niobium and cobalt. This group is used in precision machine tool building, innovative technologies, laser technology, for manufacturing accurate electronic devices, household units, metrological and measuring gauges. 32NKD is an alloy with an average index of linear expansion thermal coefficient (6,0−9,0)·10-6 deg-1 at temperature range from -70 up to + 470 °C. Such a grade as 32NKD is not allowed to use from 01.01.1991 in modernize appliances or equipment that is again manufactured. Melting point of alloy is 1450 °C.
