These technical conditions apply to extruded profiles of code NP693-3 made of aluminum alloy grade AK6 (hereinafter referred to as profiles), intended for use in special branches of industry.

All requirements of the technical specifications are mandatory.

Examples of product entries when ordering:

Profile made of AK6 alloy in a hardened and artificially aged condition (T1), 2030 mm long:

Profile AK6T1 NP693-3X2030 TU 1-808-277-2010

1 Technical requirements

1.1 Main parameters and characteristics (properties)

1.1.1 Profiles must comply with the requirements of these technical conditions.

1.1.2 The shape, dimensions and maximum deviations of the dimensions of the profiles must correspond to the drawing agreed upon between the manufacturer and the consumer.

1.1.3 Basic length of profiles 2030 +/- 5 mm; deviation in profile length is specified in the order.

1.1.4 Material condition AK6T1 - indicated in the order.

1.1.5 Twisting of profiles around the longitudinal axis is no more than 1° over the entire length.

1.1.6 Non-straightness in the longitudinal direction of the 160 mm shelf and the 50 mm side edge of the profile, no more than 1.5 mm per 1 meter of profile length and no more than 0.6 mm per 100 mm of profile length.

1.1.7 Transverse deflection of a 160 mm shelf is no more than 0.8 mm.

1.1.8 The mechanical properties of profiles under tension, determined on samples cut in the longitudinal direction, must correspond to the values specified in Table 1.

1.1.9 The quality of the outer surface of the profiles must comply with OST1 90113. The surface of the profiles must not have cracks, delamination, various types of pressing, stains of corrosion origin and traces of saltpeter. Bubbles and films, as well as other defects with a depth of more than 0.1 mm, are not allowed on the surface of the holes.

1.1.10 The macrostructure and quality of the welded seam of the profiles must comply with OST1 92067.

1.1.11 The non-metallic inclusion tolerance factor must be no more than 0.2. It is determined by the ratio of the total area of inclusions (in mm²) to the total area of the controlled surface (in cm²).

1.1.12 Other technical requirements in accordance with OST1 92067.

1.2 Requirements for raw materials and materials

1.2.1 The chemical composition of the AK6 alloy must comply with the requirements of GOST 4784.

1.3 Marking

1.3.1 Marking of profiles is carried out on the side surface in the center of the 160 mm shelf in a section from 20 to 40 mm from the end.

1.3.2 Other requirements for marking in accordance with OST1 92067.

1.4 Packaging

1.4.1 Profiles are supplied without preservation with a lightened (after etching) surface.

1.4.2 The profiles are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST 7376, manufactured according to drawings approved in the established

in order, with closed end parts, they are wrapped, excluding the ends, with polyethylene film in accordance with GOST 10354 and pulled together with steel tape in accordance with GOST 503 through wooden belts.

1.4.3 Other requirements for packaging and temporary anti-corrosion protection according to GOST 9.510.

2 Acceptance rules

2.1 The mechanical properties of the profiles are tested on two samples from the batch, from the output and shrink ends.

2.2 Hardness testing is carried out in the same quantity as mechanical tests.

2.3 The quality of the welded seam of the profiles is checked on two profiles from the batch-set from the output end. If the customer detects leaks or other defects, the profiles are subject to replacement without filing a claim with the manufacturer.

2.4 Other requirements for acceptance rules in accordance with OCT1 92067.

3 Control methods

3.1 Control methods in accordance with OST1 92067.

4 Transportation and storage

4.1 Transportation and storage of profiles in accordance with GOST 9.510.

5 Manufacturer's Warranties

5.1 The manufacturer guarantees that the profiles will comply with the requirements of these technical conditions for six months from the date of shipment, provided that the consumer complies with the transportation and storage conditions established by the technical conditions and GOST 9.510.
