2.13. Transport marking under GOST 14192.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Wire take parties. The party should consist of wire of the same brand, same trunks, same diameter, one group, one class, one type of end treatment shall be furnished a document about quality that contains:
trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;
symbol wire;
the results of the tests;
a lot of wire, net, kg.
3.2. Surface quality and diameter of the wire is checked for each reel.
3.3. To check the temporary tear resistance, bursting with node, microstructure, inclusions of graphite, decarburization select 10% of the skeins, but at least three of the party.
Check elongation of wire the manufacturer conducts periodic, but not less than once per quarter, 5% coils, but at least three of the party, which passed acceptance tests.
The inclusion of graphite in the wire is allowed to check if this is ensured by the technology of the manufacture of wire.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
3.4. The chemical composition of the wire shall be certified by a document of quality of the manufacturer of the steel.
