2.3. At the request of the consumer, sheets can be supplied in semi-hardened and cold-worked condition. In this case, technical requirements are established by agreement of the parties.
2.4. The mechanical properties of sheets in the state of delivery and on control samples, heat-treated according to a special mode, must correspond to those indicated in Table 3.
2.5. Sheets as delivered are controlled for grain size. The grain size must be within the numbers:
6−10 | for sheets of steel and alloys grades: | 10Х11Н20Т2р (ЭИ696А) 12Х25Н16Г7АР (ЭИ835) KhN38VT (EI703) KhN38VT-VD (EI703-VD) KhN78T (EI435) |

3−8 | for grade alloy sheets | KhN50VMKTUR-ID (EP99-ID) |
In the case of obtaining a grain size in a sheet of alloy grade XN60VT (EI868) smaller than number 9, repeated heat treatment is allowed. In this case, the grain number can be no larger than 4 numbers.
2.6. The surface of the sheets must be flat and smooth. Captures, scale, bubbles, delamination and traces of overflow on the surface of the sheets are not allowed.
On the front side of the sheet, individual small scratches, imprints of roll pressure, nicks, small ripples are allowed.
On the reverse side of the sheets, in addition to the listed defects, the following are allowed: general slight ripple, scratches and nudges from rolls.
The depth of occurrence of the listed defects should not exceed half the sum of the maximum deviations in the thickness of the sheet and bring the sheet beyond the minimum thickness.
It is allowed to clean defects with fine-grained emery to a depth that does not take the sheet beyond the minimum thickness.
Etched sheets can have different shades.

Notes. 1. In case of obtaining unsatisfactory test results of sheets made of steel grade 10X11N20T2R (EI696A) after aging of the control samples, it is allowed to carry out house tests after heat treatment of the samples according to the following regime: aging at a temperature of (720 ± 10) ° С, exposure 8−12 hours + aging at temperature (650 ± 10) ° С for 4−8 hours, while the mechanical properties must comply with the standards of table 3.2. At the request of the consumer, for sheets of alloy grades ХХ28ВМАБ (ЭП126), ХН28ВМАБ-ВД (ЭП126-ВД) 3.0 mm thick, additionally determine the yield point σ 0.2 at a temperature of 600 ° C, the value of which must be at least 294 N / mm 2 (30 kgf / mm 2). The test results are not a sign of rejection, but must be recorded in the quality document. |

On the surface of sheets made of steel grade 12X25N16G7AR (EI835), light points are allowed.
2.7. The macrostructure of the sheets should be free of traces of a shrinkage cavity, delamination, foreign inclusions and cracks.
3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE AND TEST METHODS
3.1. Acceptance rules and test methods must comply with the following additions specified in GOST 7566 and GOST 5582:
- With the consent of the consumer, it is allowed to combine sheets of different heats of the same brand into one batch weighing up to 1 ton.
- Grain size control is carried out according to GOST 5639, macrostructure control — according to the method of the supplier.
- In case of unsatisfactory test results of at least one sample, repeat the test on a double number of samples. If the retest results are unsatisfactory, the batch is rejected.
The supplier is given the right to subject the rejected lot to re-sorting and additional processing and re-present it for acceptance. In this case, the sheets can be re-heat treated once.
4. PACKAGING, LABELING, REGISTRATION OF DOCUMENTATION
4.1. Packing, marking and documentation — according to GOST 7566 and GOST 5582 with the following additions:
- Each sheet must be stamped or applied with an electric pencil or indelible paint with a stamp indicating: steel or alloy grade (or from a conventional designation); heat number (or conventional number, OTK stamp).
- Sheets made of alloys of grades KhN28VMAB-VD (EP126-VD), KhN38VT-VD (EI703-VD), KhN38VB-VD (EI703B-VD) are additionally marked with the index «VD» through a dash to the grade, from alloy grade KhN50VMKTUR-ID (EP99- ID) — with the index «ID» through a dash to the brand.
- Sheets are delivered in bundles weighing no more than 6 tons, and at the request of the consumer — in bundles weighing no more than 80 kg.
- By agreement of the parties, sheets can be packed in any container.
- Two tags are attached to each pack indicating the grade of steel or alloy, heat number, batch number, sheet size, technical specification number.
- The quality document must indicate the results of all tests, and the conditional numbers of steel or alloy grades and heat numbers must be deciphered.
4.2. Sutunka is supplied according to technical specifications TU 14−1-1214−75 for sheets made of alloys of grades XN50MVKTUR (EP99-ID), KhN77TYuR (EI437B) — with surface group II, from steel 10X100N20T2R (EI696A) and alloy KhN28VMAB (EP126) — with IV surface group. The workpiece is supplied according to the technical specifications TU 14−1-1213−75 in the form of a square of 125 mm — for sheets of steel and alloys of grades ХН75МБТЮ (ЭИ602), ХН78Т (ЭИ435), 12Х25Н16Г7АР (ЭИ835) — with a surface group IV, made of alloy grades KhN38VT (EI703), KhN38VT-VD (EI703-VD) — with surface group II; from alloy grade ХН60ВТ (ЭИ868) — in the form of a 60х140 mm strip with a surface group IV.
5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Transportation and storage in accordance with GOST 7566.
Note. Contract prices apply to sheets according to these specifications.
