Heat-resistant steel of X15CrNiSi25−20 grade, aisi 314 relates to complex alloyed iron alloys. It consists of chrome — 24−27%, nickel -18−21%, molybdenum and copper — 0.3%, manganese — 1.5%, carbon, vanadium, tungsten, titanium — 0,2%, silicon — 2−3%, additives of sulfur and phosphorus — hundredths of percent. It is smelted in induction furnace. Jumping up temperature of semi-fabricates constitutes 1170 °C at the beginning and 850 °C at the end. Quenching is performed in air at a temperature of 1050−1150°C. Calibrated bar is made according to the following GOSTs: 7417−75, 8560−78 and 8559−75. Manufacture of brushed bar complies with GOST 14 955−77. Forging blankets are made according to GOST 1133−71. Percentage composition according to GOST 5632−72

Rod is made by stamping method — flow of metal to specific dimensions. A period of operational use of products is limited by a maximum temperature of 1000 °C. After this, there begins an extensive oxide scale formation.
