These technical conditions apply to pipes, rods, wire and tapes made of brass grades L63 and LS59-1, antimagnetic, intended for special purposes.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. The dimensions of pipes, rods, wire and tapes and their maximum deviations must comply with the requirements:

for pipes - GOST 494-69

" rods - GOST 2060-73

" wire - GOST 1066-58

" tapes - GOST 2208-70

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. According to the section "Technical requirements", pipes must comply with GOST 494-69, rods - GOST 2060-73, wire - GOST 1066-58 and tapes - GOST 2208-70.

2.2. The chemical composition of pipes, rods, wire and tapes must comply with GOST 15527-70 with an iron content of no more than 0.01%.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. According to the section "Test Methods", pipes must comply with the requirements of GOST 494-69, rods - GOST 2060-73, wire - GOST 1066-58 and tapes - GOST 2208-70.

3.2. The anti-magnetism of pipes, rods, wire and tapes is determined by the iron content, the compliance of which with the requirements of paragraph 2.2.

These technical conditions are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

4. PACKAGING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. According to the section "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage", pipes must comply with the requirements of GOST 494-69, rods - GOST 2060-73, wire - GOST 1066-58 and tapes - GOST 2208-70.

4.2. Pipes, rods, wire and tapes are marked with the following symbol: for brass grade L63 "L63-A-1", for LS59-1 "LS59-1 A-1".

4.3. The number of these technical conditions must be indicated in the inscriptions, on the labels and tags attached to bundles of pipes, rods, wire coils, tape rolls, boxes and in the accompanying documents.

5. SUPPLIER'S WARRANTIES

5.1. Finished pipes, rods, wire and tapes must be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer guarantees that pipes, rods, wire and tapes comply with the requirements of these technical conditions.

"4.4. When the storage conditions stipulated by GOSTs are observed, the consumer properties of pipes, rods, wire and tapes do not change."

Section 5 shall be excluded.
