6. REISSUE
This standard applies to wire twisted wire mesh with hexagonal cells, used for fencing, cellular farming, insulation and other purposes.
1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Mesh shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions
1.2.1. Nets are classified according to the method of connection wire:
with mutually twisted wires (Fig.1),

1.2.2. The cell size in the light (the distance between the opposite sides of the hexagon), the maximum deviation for the cell size, mesh width, and the limiting deflection shall be as given in table.1.

1.3. Features
1.3.1. Mesh shall be manufactured from low carbon heat treated wire without coating or galvanized groups L and on the other 14−4-1563.
1.3.2. The surface mesh must be clean, have no pollution and rust. Allowed traces of grease, and for meshes without coating — color tint.
1.3.3. The mesh should not be torn and nesmith wires. Allowed the splicing of the ends of the wire extension, twisting or welding.
The length of the strands or extensions should be no more than 10 mm, and the number of embedded discontinuities of the grid, changing the correct shape of the cell should be no more than 10 m length.
1.3.4. Grid cell N 100, made of wire with a diameter of 0.6 mm to enhance the edges of the canvas, can take an extreme (side) wire of larger diameter.
1.3.5. The net produce one coiled length of the coil length less than 50 m are Permitted coils, consisting of two pieces, a length of not less than 3 m, not more than 10% of the party.
Coil weight should not exceed 80 kg.
By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer are allowed coils weighing up to 200 kg.
1.4. Marking
1.4.1. To the end of the roll or package must be attached to the label, which indicate:

— the width in millimeters and the mesh length in meters;
the total number of mesh in square meters.

1.5. Packaging
1.5.1. The end of the mesh made from wire with a diameter of 0.6 mm, is attached to the coil. Rolls of wire mesh with a diameter of more than 0.6 mm ligated in two places at the ends of the roll.
Mesh width of 2 m or more optionally ligated a galvanized wire spiral.
1.5.2. Packaging nets, transported to the far North and the districts equated to them, — according to GOST 15846.
2. ACCEPTANCE
2.1. Mesh take parties. The party should consist of a grid of the same size, material and connection method of wires shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the symbol grid;
— the width in millimeters and the mesh length in meters;
the total number of mesh in square meters.
2.2. To check the surface quality, cell size, presence of defects in the strand, diameter of wire, width and length of mesh from the party take 5% of the net rolls, but at least three rolls.
2.3. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the figures, it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of rolls.
The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.
3. TEST METHODS
3.1. Defects of lay is determined by an external examination of the mesh with the rewinding roll.
3.2. The cell size is measured measuring instrument with an accuracy of 1 mm in three randomly selected areas of the roll of mesh. One of the places of measurement are selected in the middle of the grid, the other two edges at distance at least two cells from the edge of the grid.
Each of the measuring sites check the dimensions of 10 consecutive cells.
The size of the cells define between opposite sides of the hexagon.
3.3. Wire diameter is measured measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.1 mm anywhere on the grid.
3.4. The width of the mesh measured in any place a tape measure or ruler with a scale division of 1 mm.
3.5. The length of the mesh is determined using a meter or is measured by meter.
4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Transportation
4.1.1. Mesh transporterowych packages according to GOST 24597 or rolls. Packaging should be mechanized or manual.
Packages tied in accordance with GOST 21650 tape according to GOST 3560, and wire, catalkoy or tape, manufactured according to normative-technical documentation.
The weight of the package — not more than 1 T.
Roll diameter — from 260 to 550 mm, length from 500 to 3000 mm.
When transporting two or more rolls one consumer of them form the integrated package.
4.1.2. The mesh are transported in the covered vehicles of all types in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.
Mesh by rail transporterowych carload or small shipments.
4.2. Storage
4.2.1. Mesh should be stored in closed warehouses. The stack height is not more than 2 m.
