2.2. The tape is supplied in cold-worked condition, sanded on 2 sides, cut with paper rewinding between the turns.

2.3. The mechanical properties of the tape should be as follows:

σ in N / mm 2 (kgf / mm 2), no more than 110; δ 4 ,%, not less than 6.

2.4. The surface of the tape should be smooth and shiny.

The presence of individual small scratches no more than 150 mm long, small depressions with a depth of no more than half the thickness tolerance is allowed.

2.5. The roughness of the surface should be R a not more than 0.32 µm at a base length of 0.25 mm.

3. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE AND TEST METHODS

3.1. General rules for acceptance and test methods according to GOST 4986−70 with the following additions.

3.1.1. Each roll of a batch of tape is subject to external inspection and measurement at a distance of at least 2 turns from the ends of the rolls.

3.1.2. When checking the surface of the tape at the consumer, the batch is considered to meet the requirements of these technical specifications if the mass of the sections that do not meet the surface requirements does not exceed 3% of the batch weight.

4. MARKING, PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTATION

4.1. Marking, packaging and documentation must comply with GOST 7566−69 and additional requirements listed below.

4.1.1. When delivering products with the Quality Mark, the label and certificate must contain the Quality Mark in accordance with GOST 1.9−67.

4.1.2. Rolls are packed in 2 layers of oiled paper and 2 layers of burlap.

Note: Wholesale prices are shown in Appendix 2.
