- for grade 50HFA-Sh — GOST 14963−69
- for brand 65S2VA-Sh — GOST 14959−69
- respectively as for the brand 50HFA and 65S2VA.
The content of sulfur and phosphorus should be no more than: sulfur — 0.015%, phosphorus 0.025%.
2.3. For wire with surface finish of group H with a diameter of 3.0 mm or less, the following additional requirements are established:
- the total depth of one-sided decarburization should not exceed 1.5% of the diameter;
- the ultimate tensile strength in the state of delivery of wire made of steel grade 65S2VA-Sh should not exceed 120 kgf / mm 2 ;
- the depth of occurrence of permissible defects should not exceed half of the maximum deviation in diameter.
2.4. The depth of occurrence of permissible defects for wire with surface finish of group H with a diameter exceeding 3.0 mm should not exceed the maximum deviation in diameter.
2.5. The depth of occurrence of permissible defects (clauses 2.3, 2.4) is calculated from the actual diameter of the wire.
3. TEST METHODS, LABELING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
3.1. Test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage must comply with GOST 14963−69 with the following additions and clarifications:
- winding test of wire of surface finish group H with a diameter of 3.0 mm and not less is performed on a rod with a diameter equal to twice the diameter of the test specimen;
- in the state of delivery, a wire with a diameter of 6.0 mm and more is tested for hardness, and a wire with a diameter of less than 6.0 mm is tested for ultimate tensile strength;
- wire material is designated: 50KhFA-Sh, 65S2VA-Sh.

3. Calculation of wholesale prices for wire
Tsn = (Tsb ± Tsm x Ku) x (1 ± ) ± Pr
For brand 50HFA-Sh
Group A-1U
The price of 1 ton of section steel 50HFA dia. 5 mm — 206 rubles (Project 01−02, Part 1, page 40).
Surcharge for narrowing the limits of sulfur and phosphorus content 6% or 206 x 0.05 = 12 rubles.
The total price of section steel is 206 + 12 = 218 rubles.
Surcharge for remelting «W» (32% + 140 rubles; pr. 01−02. Part 1, p. 184)
P = 218 x 0.32 +140 = 210 rubles. — for diameters 3.0−4.8 mm.
For other wire diameters, the calculation is similar.
Group H
The price of 1 ton of wire rod 50HFA is 171 rubles. (Project 01−02. Ch1, add. 5).
Surcharge for narrowing the limits of sulfur and phosphorus content 6% or 171 x 0.06% = 10 rubles.
Surcharge for remelting «W» for dia. 4.0 mm (171 + 10) x 0.32 + 140 = 198 rubles.
The amount of surcharges P = 10 + 198 = 208 rubles.
P x Ku = 208 x 1.16 = 241 rubles.
Ku = 1.16 (pr. 0−1.-5. Part 1, p. 64).
For brand 65S2VA-Sh
Group A-1U
The price of 1 ton of section steel 65S2VA diam. 5 mm — 285 rubles. (Project 01−02, part 1, page 58)
Surcharge for narrowing the limits of sulfur and phosphorus content 6% or 285 x 0.06 = 17 rubles.
Total price of section steel 285 + 17 = 302 rubles.
Surcharge for remelting «W» (32% + 140 rubles)
P = 302 x 0.32 +140 = 237 rubles. — for diameters 3.0−4.8 mm.
P x Ku = 237 x 1.16 = 275 rubles. — (for group H).
For other wire diameters, the calculation is similar.
Group H
The price of 1 ton of wire rod 65S2VA is 244 rubles.
Surcharge for narrowing the limits of sulfur and phosphorus content 6% or 244 x 0.06 = 15 rubles.
Surcharge for remelting «W» for dia. 4.0 (244 + 15) x 0.32 + 140 = 233 rubles.
The amount of surcharges P = 15 + 223 = 238 rubles.
P x Ku = 238 x 1.16 = 276 rubles.
