Technical characteristics
Extra-pure ferromagnet iron, low-coercive precision alloys on an iron-nickel or iron basis, low-carbon electrotechnical steels (unalloyed, siliceous) relate to this type of soft-magnetic materials. Ferromagnet, ferrimagnet, powdered and compositional materials also belong to this category. Soft-magnetic precision alloy 80NHS possesses a high magnetic inductive capacity and a low coercive force in weak fields at saturation induction that performs 0,65−0,75 Т. It is characterized by small changes of characteristics in a climatic temperature range.

Such alloys are melted in special metallurgic furnaces. A heat treating of semi-fabricates is done at +600°С with a help of gradual cooling.
