07Х25Н16АГ6Ф grade is a highly alloyed heat-resistant steel. Its composition includes: iron as a base, chromium 23-26%, nickel 14-18%, in connection with that this steel belongs to the group of chromium-nickel alloys. In addition, silicon, vanadium, cerium, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur are used as additives to the charge. It is melted in open arc furnaces with a further electroslag remelting.

Production
Semifinished products of this steel grade are produced in accordance with the following specifications: 14-1-1644-76, 14-1-1731-76, 14-1-3109-81, 14-1-911-74. The hot deformation temperature at the beginning of the process is 1170 °C and about 850 °C at the end. Pipe with a cross-section up to 350 mm is air-cooled. Pipes of this grade are predominantly produced with a circular cross-section, and on request with oval, rectangular and square cross-sections. They are classified by diameter and wall thickness. Welding is carried out by means of manual arc welding with electrodes O3L-9A.
Use
Stamp-welded structures of complex shape, operating up to t° up to 850 °C. Seams in this case must have the same requirements for heat resistance and heat resistance.
