This specification covers the supply of hot-rolled and hot-rolled bars of stainless steel grade 09KH16N4B-sh (ЭП56-W), obtained by electroslag remelting.

1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. The bars are made with a diameter of 180 mm.
1.2. Shape, dimensions and limit deviations bars shall conform to the requirements: hot rolled — GOST 2590; forged — GOST 1133 and specialization of manufacturers.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Chemical composition of steel shall conform to the norms of table 1.

2.2. Mechanical properties of bars determined on samples cut from the heat treated blanks must conform to the standards specified in table 2.
2.3. Bars supplied in annealed state (after annealing).
2.4. Hardness of bars on the Brinell hardness in delivery condition shall not exceed 321 HB, indentation diameter shall not be less than 3.4 mm.

Notes: 1. Option thermal treatment of samples indicated in the order, and in the absence of instructions is selected by the manufacturer. 2. Mechanical properties of bars in the transverse samples is determined for bars with diameter 100 mm and more. For bars with a diameter from 80 mm to 100 mm determine only toughness in the transverse samples of type 11 according to GOST 9454. The axis of the specimen shall be held at a distance of ½ of the radius from the surface of the rod. |

2.5. The macrostructure of the etched transverse bars on templeto should not be visible without a magnifying instrument gas bubbles, captured, czernowin, fistulas, foreign metal and slag inclusions, podsadecki segregation and exudation of the square.
The degree of development of the Central porosity, point heterogeneity and Dodge not to exceed the limits specified in table 3.

2.6. Quality control of metal-to-Voloshina produce the consumer on the finished parts in accordance with the requirements of TU 14−1-336−72.
2.7. Pollution steel non-metallic inclusions on the average score shall not exceed the standards set out in table 4.

2.8. The surface of bars shall conform to the requirements of GOST 5949.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES, TEST METHODS
3.1. Acceptance rules and test methods — according to GOST 5949 and GOST 7566 with the following additions.
3.2. In furnaces of electroslag remelting, which can be molded two to three consumable electrode melting of the source (paired or triple picking) is allowed to complete consumable electrodes of the two or three initial heats. In this case, the document entered as the numbers of these heats.
3.3. To check the quality of bars from the party taken:
a) to test the hardness of 5% of bars, but not less than: for sizes up to 40mm — 10 bars, from 41 to 100 mm — 5 rods and more than 100 mm — 3 rod out of the number placed in the party;
b) to check the macrostructure — 2 sample from the melt;
C) for determination of non-metallic inclusions — 6 samples from the bottoms from the most contaminated part of the ingot;
g) to determine the mechanical properties (tensile tests and impact bending) for two samples from different bars in the batch for each type of test.
3.4. Macrostructure of bars checking for GOST 10243 bars for cross sections up to 140 mm in the finished profiles, for large cross sections can be control samples or reforged perinatalnyj to the size of 120−140 mm.
3.5. Pollution steel non-metallic inclusions test method or Ш4 SH1 (at the supplier’s discretion) according to GOST 1778.
3.6. Tensile test carried out on cylindrical samples five times the length according to GOST 1497. Test for impact strength is carried out according to GOST 9454- - the samples of type 1 and 11. Sampling for mechanical tests according to GOST 7564 subject to note 2 to table 2 of this specification.
3.7. With the repeat testing of mechanical properties determine all the characteristics of strength and plasticity under these technical conditions, regardless of the outcome of initial testing.
In case of unsatisfactory results, re-testing any of the sample batch is rejected.

4. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
4.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage in accordance with the requirements of GOSTS 5949 with the following additions:
— if the party handed in the results of repeated tests in a quality document are indicative and the results of initial testing;the finished product is shipped only with the permission of TCI employees of the manufacturer.
Note. For products under these technical conditions apply prices are negotiable.
