European alloy UNS C63000 is nickel-aluminium bronze grade that possesses high resistance to corrosion. It is exposed to deformation in a hot condition. C63000 alloy contains at least 82% of copper in its composition. Chemical composition of alloy: Cu -82%, Al-10%, Ni- 5%, Fe-3%.
Physical characteristics of material
1) Density of alloy is 7.58 g/cm3;
2) Melting point is 1035 °C;

1) Strength limit is 760 MPa;
2) Flow limit is 470 MPa;
3) Module of elasticity is 117 MPa.

Hot forging of material is recommended at range of 788−927°C. It is necessary to remember that copper alloy has bad processability in cold condition. Annealing temperature is 593−704°C.
