Technical characteristics
Heat-resisting nickel alloy HN77TJU is intended for manufacturing turbine blades, disks, circles and other details that are exploited at a temperature not higher than 750 °C. The main requirements to a material are conditioned by the latest developments of engine constructions, continuous increasing of plasticity, resistance to low-cycle and thermal fatigue, heat resistance, resistance to effect of gas environment. Material must possess a high resistance to breakage at thermal and low-cycle fatigues in modern engines for turbine blades. Nowadays, they are the main types of breakage. A risk of breakage can increase by surface reactions. They appear because of grain boundary softening and gas corrosion.
Bar properties according to GOST 23 705−79. Alloy hardness HB 10 -1 = 255 — 321 MPa.
