Sheet 4
TU 14−1-377−72
On the macro-template, point heterogeneity, central porosity and liquation square are assessed, the degree of development of which should not exceed the second point of the scales according to GOST 10243−62 .
2.10. By agreement of the parties, rods of square section with a side of a square of 80 mm or more and round rods with a diameter of 100 mm or more are subjected to ultrasonic testing according to the method of the supplier.
2.11. Metal control for hairs is carried out in accordance with TU 14−1-336−72.
2.12. The mechanical properties of steel, determined on control samples made from heat-treated workpieces, must comply with the standards of table. 3.

PS No. 3−2011 p.28
«1.1. In terms of shape, size and maximum deviations, metal products must meet the requirements:
a) hot-rolled round bars — GOST 2590, standard rolling precision (B1);
The ovality of hot-rolled round bars should not exceed 50% of the sum of the preliminary deviations in diameter.
The curvature of hot-rolled round rods with a diameter of up to 200 mm inclusive must correspond to class II, over 200 mm — must not exceed 0.5% of the length. By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, curvature of another class is allowed.
b) hot-rolled square bars:
— square side up to 200 mm inclusive — GOST 2591, normal rolling accuracy (B1), class II curvature. By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, curvature of another class is allowed.
— square side from 160 to 250 mm — TU 14−1-4492−88 (at the request of the customer);
c) forged round and square rods — GOST 1133 ;
d) hot-rolled and forged strips — GOST 103, GOST 4405 .
It is allowed to manufacture strips of non-standard sizes: thickness — 50 mm, width — 190 mm, length — 1070 mm. Maximum deviations in thickness — plus 2.5 mm, minus 0.5 mm, in width — plus 5.0 mm, in length — plus 25 mm. «
3. Clause 2.13, sub-clause a). Replace the words: «intergranular corrosion» with «intergranular corrosion resistance».
4. Clause 3.1, sub-clause h). Replace the word «inclination» with «persistence».
5. Clause 3.14 shall be reworded:
«3.14. The test for resistance to intergranular corrosion is carried out in accordance with GOST 6032, AMU method. «6. Appendix 1 «List of ND, which are referenced in the text of the technical specifications.» Replace:
— Appendix number «1» for the designation «A»;— references from GOST 103−76 to GOST 103−2006, GOST 2590−88 to GOST 2590−2006 and GOST 2591−88 to GOST 2591−2006, GOST 6032−89 to GOST 6032−2003 .
