1 AREA OF USE
These specifications apply to seamless cold-worked pipes made of heat-resistant alloy KhN45Yu (EP 747), intended for thermoelectric thermometers in blast furnace production and other industries, used at a temperature of 1300 ° C.
Billets with a diameter of 180 mm are supplied according to TU 14−1-40−82.
Pipes are made from a pipe billet machined after a hot processing.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Parameters and dimensions
3.1.1. The dimensions of the pipes and the maximum deviations for them, the mass must correspond to those indicated in table 1.

3.1.2. The pipes must be supplied in unmeasured lengths — from 2 to 8 m inclusive.
3.1.3. It is allowed to supply pipes with a length of less than 2 m, but not shorter than 1.5 m in a volume of no more than 20% of the order.
3.1.4. The curvature of any section of the pipe should not exceed 1.0 mm per 1 m of length.
3.1.5. The out-of-roundness and wall thickness of the pipes should not take the pipe dimensions beyond the maximum deviations in the outer diameter and wall thickness.
3.2. Main indicators and characteristics
3.2.1. Pipes are made of alloy KhN45Yu (EP 747) with a chemical composition in accordance with TU 14−1-4082.
3.2.2. The pipes are supplied in heat treated and pickled condition. The mechanical properties of the pipes must correspond to those indicated in table 2.

3.2.3. The outer and inner surfaces of the pipes must be free of scale, overgrazing, captivity, flaws, sunsets, cracks.
It is allowed to remove defects by local cleaning, continuous or local grinding, boring, turning, provided that the size of the boring, turning or continuous grinding does not deduce the diameter and wall thickness beyond the minus limit deviations.
Without cleaning, surface defects due to the production method are allowed: a matte surface with a gray tint, scaling, marks, scratches and dents that do not take the wall thickness beyond the limit minus deviations.
3.2.4. Pipe ends should be cut and deburred.
3.2.5. Pipes must withstand hydraulic pressure without detecting leaks and sweating in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845 at an allowable stress equal to 40% of the accuracy limit. The ability of pipes to withstand hydraulic pressure is ensured by the production technology without testing.
3.2.6. Other technical requirements are in accordance with GOST 8733.
3.3. Marking, packaging
Marking, packaging and documentation must comply with GOST 10692 for steel pipes.
4. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, DISPOSAL
4.1. When carrying out the pipe production process, the requirements of the sanitary rules for organizing technological processes No. 1042 and DSP
4.2. Safety regulations and industrial sanitation — in accordance with the current regulations.
4.3. The personnel involved in production must be instructed in the rules of safety and labor protection.
4.4. The personnel must be provided with overalls, footwear and hand protection in accordance with GOST 12.4.011 and GOST
4.5. Employees must undergo preliminary (upon admission to work) and in the future — periodic medical examinations in accordance with the requirements of orders of the Ministry of Health No. 45 of 03/31/95 and the Ministry of Health of the USSR No. 555 of 09/29/89.
4.6. Production equipment must comply with the requirements of GOST 12.2.003, grounded from static electricity in accordance with GOST 12.1.018, and protective and protective devices — in accordance with GOST
4.7. The equipment of production facilities must comply with the requirements of DBN V.2.5. -28.
4.8. The noise and vibration parameters should not exceed the maximum permissible according to DSN
4.9. The microclimate in the workplace must comply with the requirements of DSN
4.10. Administrative premises should be equipped in accordance with the requirements of SNiP
4.11. Production facilities should be equipped with general supply and exhaust ventilation in accordance with GOST 12.4.021, SNiP 2.04.05, heating — in accordance with SNiP
4.12. Water supply and sewerage must meet the requirements of SNiP
4.13. Production facilities must be provided with drinking water in accordance with GOST 2874.
4.14. The content of harmful substances released during the production process, the air of the working area should not exceed the MPC in accordance with GOST
4.15. The level of the total activity of natural radionuclides in products should not exceed 370 Bq / kg according to NRBU-97.
Control of the total specific activity of natural radionuclides is carried out according to DBN V.1.4−01, DBN V.1.4−02.
Management and control of the environmental aspects of production is ensured by the current certified environmental management system, which is regulated by instructions, technological documentation of the quality management system.
4.16. Environmental protection measures must comply with the following requirements: Chipboard No. 201−97, SanPin No. 4630, GOST
4.17. Protection of soil from pollution by household and industrial waste is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SanPin 42−128−4690.
4.18. Waste disposal is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSanPin
5. RULES OF ACCEPTANCE
5.1. A batch should consist of pipes of the same size in diameter and wall thickness and one heat treatment mode. The number of pipes in a batch should be no more than 300 pcs.
5.1.1. Each batch of pipes is subjected to an acceptance test. The pipes are subjected to random tensile tests.
5.2. The chemical composition of the alloy is taken according to the document on the quality of the billet supplier.
5.3. Each pipe in the batch shall be visually inspected and measured.
5.4. For tensile testing, one sample is taken from 2 pipes of a batch.
6. TEST METHODS
6.1. Tensile testing should be carried out in accordance with GOST 10006 on longitudinal short samples.
The speed of movement of the movable grip is no more than 10 mm / min to the yield point. It is allowed to exceed the travel speed of the gripper up to 4 mm / min after reaching the yield point.
6.2. The outer diameter and ovality of pipes are controlled with a smooth micrometer of the MK type according to GOST 6507 or with calibers-staples according to GOST 18360.
6.3. The length of the pipes is controlled with a measuring tape according to DSTU 4179 (GOST 7502).
6.4. The wall thickness is controlled from both ends of the pipes with a pipe micrometer in accordance with GOST 6507 or other valid documentation.
6.5. The curvature of the pipes is controlled using a test ruler in accordance with GOST 8026 and a set of probes in accordance with the current regulatory documentation.
6.6. Hydraulic pressure testing is carried out in accordance with GOST 3845 with holding the pipes under pressure for at least 10 seconds.
6.7. The rest of the test methods are in accordance with GOST 8733.
7. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Transportation and storage must comply with the requirements of GOST 10692 for steel pipes.

The manufacturer guarantees that the pipes meet the requirements of these specifications.
