Advantages

Manufacture
Thin sheet is made according to GOST 19 904−74, 5582−75. Thick sheet is made according to GOST 19 904−74, 19 903−74, 7350−77. Both of them undergo the special processing steps that are intended to increase long operational life and strength of material. They are manufactured by hot-rolling and cold-rolling. Thickness of hot-rolled sheet constitutes 2 — 50 mm. Cold-rolled has a thickness of 0.4 — 50 mm. Depending on quality class of material surface and composition, there are distinguished such types of sheets: pickled (decorative), polished (speculum), brushed, oxidized, skinpass etc. By accuracy level of rolling, it can be divided into standard, high, and super-high. Be evenness: super-high, high, and standard. There are two types of drawing: deep and standard; and three classes of surface quality. Steel cold-rolled sheet that intended to cold stamping has four quality classes. Checkered or perforated sheet is the most requested type of stainless flat metal-roll. It is delivered in flat sheets or in bobbins with a thickness of not more than 4 mm.
Steel cold-rolled sheets can be brushed, polished, speculum, decorative, food-grade.

Application
