2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The grid must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. For making nets used wire, thermally treated:
— low carbon without coating, galvanized, tinned [1];
— high alloy [2] or other normative documents, duly approved.
For meshes of low density is allowed to apply the heat-treated wire according to [1] and [2].
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.3. The interweaving of the wires in the mesh should be correct. Crossing the wires should not be.
2.4. Mesh must not have mechanical damage, kinks, broken and stitched seats. Allowed the splicing of the ends of the wire bend at the beginning of the piece of mesh, weaving defects in the form of ticks, loops, twists not more than two per 1 mof the grid, changing the correctness of the form of cells for the mesh group all 2 rooms and 1 group of nets from N to N 04 4, 5 and not more than 1 mfor grids 1 groups from N 5 to N 20.
Allowed thinning of wire for meshes with high density by 0.01 mm from the maximum minus tolerance on the diameter.
2.5. Mesh manufactured zakritimi and without sacrice. In the manufacture of the mesh without sacrice the ends of the weft wires should be trimmed or bent to prevent the extreme wires of the basics.
One side of the mesh width of less than 1000 mm can be zakryli, one without sacrice.
2.4, 2.5. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1, 2).
2.6. Extreme wire basis at both edges of the blade meshes of a wire diameter from 0.20 to 0.40 mm inclusive may be thicker than the other wires of the basics.
Allowed as a last resort wire framework to apply the additional one or two wires. The extreme diameters of the wires of the framework selects the manufacturer.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.7. Mesh produce folded in rolls. The number of pieces in a roll shall not exceed five. The minimum length of the piece should be at least 2 m, at the request of the consumer — not less than 3 m for meshes of N 04 to N 2 and not less than 7 m for meshes of N 2.2-N 20.
At the customer’s request mesh is manufactured in rolls, consisting of a single piece measuring length. Plots of the mesh with defects can be cut out and mark with a colored pencil or cuts the edges of the mesh up to 100 mm and the total square footage to be excluded. With the consent of the consumer, it is possible to supply the pieces of the grid with a length of 1 to 2 m in amount of not more than 3% of the party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).
2.8. Coil weight should not exceed 80 kg. With the consent of the consumer is allowed to supply heavy coils weighing up to 700 kg.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).
2.9. The living section, mass, density, and the number of wires per 1 DM grid provided in the app.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Mesh take parties. The party should consist of grids of the same rooms, same width, same material and decorated with a single document about quality that contains:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the symbol grid;
— width in mm, length in meters, and the total number of mesh in square meters;
— number of rolls in the party.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).
3.2. To check the quality of the weave, size of the cell, the length and width of the grid from the party take 5% rolls, but at least two rolls. Check exposed each piece of mesh that is part of the roll.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
3.3. If unsatisfactory validation results of at least one of the indicators, it conducted a re-verification at twice the number of coils not undergoing control. The results of repeated checks apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. The quality of the weave of the mesh is determined visually when rewinding the grid.
4.2. The maximum width of the cell measured in the light: for nets from N to N 04 5 reading type microscope MPB-2 (magnifying glass Brinell), with precision to 0.05 mm or measuring magnifier General purpose according to GOST 25706 accurate to 0.1 mm, grids from N 6 to N 20 — with the help of a measuring ruler according to GOST 427.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.3. The mean width of the cell in the light is determined separately for weft and in warp as the result of three measurements in three places on the grid at the discretion of the consumer. One of these places should be located in the middle of the grid, and the other two edges, but not closer than 50 mm from the edge of the canvas. A straight line connecting any two measurements must not coincide with the directions of weft and warp.
The mean width of the cell (mm), calculated by the formula
where
for meshes from N to N 04 2:
the length of the initial segment of the first wire before the wire, which is consecutively counted cells is approximately 10 mm;
approximately 100 mm;
for meshes from N 6 to N 20
— the length of the plot on which are arranged successively counted 30 cells for the grids from N 6 to N 10 and 20 cells for the grids from N 12 to N 20 mm;
— the number of counted cells =30 for meshes from N 6 to N 10, =20 for the grids from N 12 to N 20;
— wire diameter, mm.
Length of the site to determine the average size of the cell is measured with a magnifying glass General purpose according to GOST 25706 or a measuring ruler according to GOST 427.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.4. The number of individual cells with the maximum deviations in the width of the cell in light should be determined on a 1 mgrid, on which there is the greatest difference in cell size. To measure choose a plot with an area of 1 DMno closer than 50 mm from the edge of the canvas.
4.5. Wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 before the production of the grid.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
4.6. The width of the mesh measured in any place meter according to GOST 427 or measuring tape according to GOST 7502. The width of the mesh measured at the wire base.
4.7. The length of the mesh test meter on the test machine or manually meter the churchyard 427 or measuring tape according to GOST 7502. The start point of the reference point is the crest line of the grid.
(Added, Rev. N 1).
5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Each roll of netting should be tied with a heat-treated wire according to [1] 3282 elegost in the middle and at the edges.
Nets N 04 to N-1 inclusive should be wrapped in paper according to GOST 8273 or other paper at the NTD, and then the polymer film according to GOST 10354 or GOST 16272, or other film, or a wrapping cloth according to GOST 5530, or container holstoproshivny canvas or laminated fabric, or stitched flap from the waste of the textile industry, as well as other materials, made according to NTD, does not impair the quality of packaging.
Mesh from N 1,1 to N 20 pack at the customer’s request.
Packaging nets, transported to the far North and remote areas, must comply with GOST 15846.
Nets are not packaged for transportation in universal containers.
5.2. Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the following additions. Each roll of mesh shall be securely attached a label, which indicate:
is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;
— the symbol grid;
— the width of mesh, mm;
— the length of the mesh M.
5.3. The net carrying rolls by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species. Roll diameter up to 600 mm.
When transporting two or more rolls of a single consumer produce the formation of consolidated cargo packages in accordance with GOST 21650, GOST 24597.
Transport grid railway produce carload or small shipments. On the open rolling stock mesh transporterowych only packages. The weight of the package — not more than 1 T.
Means of packaging are wire rods with diameter of 6.5 mm at the NTD, binding wire according to GOST 3282 or tape according to GOST 3560, or wire and ribbon for NTD.
5.1−5.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).
5.4. Storage nets should be conducted on storage conditions 5 GOST 15150.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).
