1. This standard applies to steel cold drawn seamless and electric flat-oval tubes.
2. The shape and dimensions of the pipes must comply with:

type B — features.2 and table 2;

When referring to flat-oval tubes type A, B or C, after the word «pipe» should be appropriately inserted the letter a, B or C.

3. The length of the pipe, as well as tolerances for the dimensions shall meet the requirements of GOST 8639−82.
4. Technical requirements should correspond to GOST 13663−86.
