Note — When using this standard appropriate to test the effect of reference standards in the information system of General use — on the official website of the Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology on the Internet or in the annual information index «National standards» published as on January 1 of the current year, and the editions of the monthly information index «National standards» for the current year. If the reference standard is replaced (changed), when using this standard should be guided by replacing (amended) standard. If the reference standard is cancelled without replacement, then the situation in which the given link applies to the extent that does not affect this link.
3 Terms and definitions
This standard applies the terminology according to GOST 28548.
4 Denote
This standard applies the following designations:
D — nominal outside diameter of pipe, mm;
N — the distance between sludinajumi surfaces when subjected to a flattening, mm;
M — weight of 1 m pipe, kg;
S — nominal wall thickness of pipe, mm;
— elongation, %;
— steel density, g/cm;
the number of PI = 3,14159;
— tensile strength, N/mm;
RA, Rz parameters of roughness, µm.
5 Assortment
5.1 steel grades
Pipes made from steel grades 20A, 30KHGSA, 08KH18N10T, 12KH18N10T, 30KHGSA-VD, 08KH18N10T-VD and 12KH18N10T-VD.
By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer pipes can be made of steel other methods of melting and remelting.
Note — in the manufacture of pipes made of steel other methods of smelting and remelting in the designation of steel grades indicate additional hyphenated designation of these methods of smelting and remelting.
5.2 Dimensions
Pipes are made for the external diameter and wall thickness dimensions shown in table 1, conventional and manufacturing high precision in outside diameter and (or) wall thickness.
