Notes:
1. Angles of inclination of the profile of external and internal threads, the width of the coil at the top and radii of curvature are reference for designing the die tool and the pipe are not controlled.
2. Permitted variations in thread pitch to compensate for a corresponding decrease in the width of the coil (increase the width of the basin) within a tolerance.

2.4. On the surface of the pipes is not permitted flaws, cracks, slivers, shell-wdwy and sunsets.
Allowed separate dents, risks and other defects due to the method of production, and traces of Stripping defects, if they do not take wall thickness for minimum sizes, as well as the layer of scale that do not impede the inspection.
2.5. The runout of the thread surface (surface In) relative to the untreated outer surface of the pipe (the surface And out of the zone, landing at a distance of 300 mm from the pipe end) should not exceed 1.15 mm at the end of the tube.
The runout of the thread surface (surface In) relative to the machined outer surface of the pipe (the surface B) shall not exceed 0.4 mm for a length of 200 mm.
2.6. The surface roughness of the outer grooves planted the end of the pipe should not exceed 80 µm according to GOST 2789−73.
2.7. The roughness of the thread surface and the thrust end faces (surface G) shall not exceed 40 µm according to GOST 2789−73.
2.8. Beat the surface of the cone thrust the ends of the threads (surface G) relative to the thread surface (surface In) in the direction perpendicular to the surface Gmust not exceed 0,08 mm.
3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one group the strength of steel and be accompanied by one document on quality in accordance with shot 10692−80 addition: the contents of sulphur and phosphorus in steel take the document about the quality of the metal.
The number of tubes in the party not more than 300.
3.2. The control surface, the geometric dimensions of the pipes and the correctness of the execution of the thread is subjected to each pipe.
3.3. For quality control from the party taken:
one pipe — to control the mechanical properties of the metal;
5% — for control alignment of threads and outer (flat and machined) surface of the pipe;
10% — to control runout of the surface of the cone thrust ends.
If there is disagreement in the assessment of sulfur and phosphorus in steel for test taken one pipe.
3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. From each selected pipe cut one sample for each test.
The contents of sulphur and phosphorus in steel is determined according to GOST and GOST 12347−77 12345−2001. Samples are taken according to GOST 7565−81.
4.2. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006−80 on the longitudinal short sample, cut from the planted part of the tube. The speed of the movable grip to the yield point is not more than 10 mm/min, yield point is not more than 40 mm/min.
4.3. Control surface is carried out visually. Check the depth of permissible defects is carried out with adproval or other means.
4.4. Napravlennosti pipe 1 m long test straightedge of 1 m according to GOST 8026−92 and a set of probes for ND. Napravlennosti tubes at the end portions with a length of 300 mm from the end is not controlled.
4.5. Control of the outer diameter and ovality of conduct smooth micrometers churchyard 6507−90 and limit gauges clamps according to GOST 18360−93.
Control the inner diameter of the hold caliber-tubes according to GOST 14810−69, GOST and GOST 14812−69 21401−75.
The control of wall thickness tube micrometers is carried out according to GOST 6507−90.
1 — mandrel; 2 — bushing; 3 — holder; 4 — flat head; 5 — tube
Damn.3
Control length hold a tape measure with a length of 10 m according to GOST 7502−98.
4.6. Control of the correct execution of the threads is carried out with gauges by ND.
(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
4.7. To control runout of the surface In respect to surface And a threaded pipe screwed on a special mandrel, the cylindrical part which should have an outer diameter less than the outer diameter of the tube and be coaxial with its threaded portion. Thread mandrel should have the thread size of the nipple.
On the smooth surface of the mandrel is screwed skewer (slip fit) a special sleeve on which is fixed a tool holder with a flat head gages (Fig.3).
The bushing is placed at the end of the pipe, and the leg indicator heads — at a distance of 300 mm from the pipe end.
Turning the pipe and holding the indicator head on the surface Andmeasure the runout of the surface relative to the surface In.
4.8. The runout of the surface In respect to surface B control according to claim 4.7. The sleeve is placed on the mandrel at a distance of 200 mm from the end, foot flat heads on the machined surface B.
By rotating the pipe and holding the indicator head on the machined part of the pipe, measure the runout of surface B relative to the surface In.
5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Packing, transportation and storage is carried out according to GOST 10692−80 with additions.
5.1.1. To each tube at a distance of not more than 100 mm from the end to affix the clearly marked marks: trademark of the manufacturer, the size of the outer diameter, the band strength of the steel and the stamp of the technical control Department.
On pipes with left-hand thread is additionally applied the inscription «lion».
5.1.2. To protect the thread from damage at the ends of the pipes are screwed or put in the safety tube.
