This standard applies to seamless steel pipe with triangular and trapezoidal thread and couplings, pipe vysokoaromatichnyj connections and couplings, as well as clutchless bell-and-spigot pipes used for fastening oil and gas wells.

Note. In coordination with the consumer pipe can be manufactured and intermediate values of the wall thickness.
1.2. The size and weight of the pipes and joints should match those in hell.1 and in table.2 for connections with a short triangular thread, damn.1 and in table.3 for connections with a long triangular thread, on features.2 and in table.4 for connections with trapezoidal thread — OTTM and hell.3 and in table.5 for vysokoaromatichnyj connections — OTG. Dimensions and weight clutchless bell-and-spigot pipes, the solid waste must comply with those in hell.4 and in table.6.

1.3. Pipe A and B must be manufactured in length from 9.5 to 13 m.
In the batch of tubes with a triangular thread and trapezoidal thread — OTTM allowed:
up to 20% of the pipes length from 8 to 9.5 m and not more than 10% of the pipes length from 5 to 8 m in the manufacture of cast billet (ingot);
up to 10% of the pipes length from 8 to 9.5 m and not more than 5% of the pipes length from 5 to 8 m in the manufacture of rolled billets.
At the request of the consumer is allowed to change the number of pipes length of less than 9.5 m in the party, as well as the manufacture of pipes of length less than 5 m.
Pipe vysokoaromatichnyj connections — OTG and clutchless belled pipe — TBO produce in length from 9.5 to 13 m.
The length of the pipe is determined by the distance between its ends and screwed joints — the distance from the free end of the coupler to the end of a taper thread the opposite end of the pipe.
Allowed production of tubes, OCTG length from 8 to 9.5 m in the amount of 20% of a batch of cast billet (ingot).

1.4. Maximum deviations in sizes and weight of the pipes and couplings establish the following:
a) the outside diameter of pipes:
all nominal diameters | % (version A); |
with a conditional diameter up to 219 mm incl. | ±1,0% (embodiment B); |
with a nominal diameter of more than 219 mm | ±1,25% (version B). |
The ends of the tubes with a triangular thread, ATM and ATG and nipple ends of pipes of MSW should be performed to provide the minimum length of thread with a full profile without czernowin specified in paragraph 2.20, and the minimum wall thickness in the plane of the end of the pipe, specified in the notes to the table.13, 14, 17 and 19.
For belled pipe ends of solid waste may increase the outer diameter distance () mm from the end no more than 3 mm, and at a distance of more than 500 mm from the end limit deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall be as specified in this paragraph;
