This standard applies to two-layer steel wrapped soldered pipes for hydraulic system pipes combines, tractors, cars, refrigerators, etc.
1. ASSORTMENT
1.1. The shape, size and weight of 1 m of pipes shall be as specified in the hell.1 and in table.1.

1.2. The length of the pipe manufacture:
measuring from 3 to 6 m, on demand of the consumer it is allowed manufacture of the measuring pipe lengths of up to 9 m;
random — from 1 to 6 m, on request of the customer can be manufactured off-gage pipes longer than 6 m;
multiple — within off-gage pipes with a multiplicity of at least 100 mm.
Allowance for each cut multiple lengths shall be not more than 5 mm. On request of consumer a different allowance.

1.3. Limit deviations in length or multiple pipes shall not exceed +10 mm.
1.4. Limit deviations for outer diameter and wall thickness shall not exceed that specified in table.2.

At the request of the consumer pipe of the increased accuracy produce: with a diameter of 10 mm with maximum deviation in diameter ±0,05; diameter up to 6 mm with limit deviation of wall thickness is not more than mm.

1.5. At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured with a displaced tolerance for the outside diameter, the maximum deflection is determined by agreement between manufacturer and user and must not exceed the total two-way deviation specified in table.2.
1.6. Ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should not display the pipe sizes for maximum deviations, respectively from the outside diameter and wall thickness.
1.7. The pipe curvature of 1 m of length shall not exceed 6 mm for tubes normal accuracy and 5 mm for pipes with improved accuracy.
At the request of the consumer, the curvature of tubes shall not exceed 3 mm per 1 m length.

1.8. The pipe ends must be cut at right angle. The ends of the measuring tubes should be cleaned of burrs. At the customer’s request it is possible to manufacture the measuring pipe without deburring.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Pipes are made from steel strip steel grades 08KP and 10 GOST 1050−88 and 08JU churchyard 9045−93.
2.2. The pipes must be soldered with copper over the entire surface of contact between layers in a protective atmosphere.
Naropa edges are not allowed.
Slight Naropa the layers if they do not cause the formation of corrugations and the floor when bending carried out in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2.9.

2.3. The outer and inner surfaces of the pipes should be free of cracks, captured, flaws, delaminations, and rust.
Allowed risks, sinks, scratches and dents in the tolerances of wall thickness; slight local nodules of copper in the tolerances on the outside diameter; non-uniform color of the surface.
On the inner surface of the pipe should be free of dirt and products of combustion of greases, the magnitude of the residual contamination of the inner surface should not exceed 0,350 g/m.
At the request of the consumer, the amount of residual contamination of internal surface of pipes should not exceed 0,177 g/m.
2.4. Mechanical properties of metal of pipes should conform to the standards specified in table.3.

At the customer’s request elongation () for pipes with a diameter of 6 mm should be at least 30%, for pipes with diameter more than 6 mm of steel grade 08KP — not less than 27% of steel 10 — not less than 26%.

2.5. At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured with a galvanized outer surface. The thickness of the zinc coating shall be not less than 12 microns.
2.6. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic pressure of 18.4 MPa (180 kgf/cm). At customer’s request, tubes shall withstand hydraulic pressure of 35.7 MPa (350 kgf/cm).

2.7. Pipes must withstand a double turn-up cuffs without the appearance of cracks and delamination at the outer transition radius =1,0±0,2 mm.
Diameter formed with double turn-up cuffs of the flange must match that specified in the table.4.

2.8. Pipe shall withstand flattening without departing the outer edge to the distance between sludinajumi planes is equal to 4(nominal wall thickness).
Pipe having an elongation of at least 30%, must withstand flattening to sludinajumi the distance between planes is equal to 3.
2.9. Pipe shall withstand a bend around a mandrel with a radius equal to three times the external diameter.
2.10. Pipe must withstand the distribution to increase the outer diameter by 20%.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size in diameter, wall thickness, the same grade of steel and decorated with a single document about quality that contains:
trademark or name of manufacturer and its trademark;
the name of the consumer;
the designation of this standard;
the size of the pipes;
grade of steel;
the number of melt or batch, the chemical composition of the metal pipes in accordance with the document on the quality of the manufacturer of the workpiece;
the square footage and the number of tubes in pieces;
the results of the tests.
The number of tubes in a batch must not exceed 500 PCs.

3.2. The differences in the assessment of the quality of the chemical composition of the metal is taken to check one tube from the party.
3.3. Check the outer surface, size, quality of the soldering is subjected to each pipe of the party.
3.4. To check the inner surface on the contamination of selected one pipe from the party. Control of contamination of internal surface of pipes is carried out at the request of the consumer.
3.5. For testing of tubes in tension, on a double turn-up cuffs, flattening, bend, on the hand, hydraulic pressure until fracture, and to check the zinc coating thickness select two tubes from the party. Test pipes on a distribution carried out at the request of the consumer.

3.6. For testing of tubes by hydraulic pressure taken no less than 1% of the tubes from the party.
3.7. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch.
The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.
4. TEST METHODS
4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe cut off one sample.
4.2. Chemical composition of steel is determined according to GOST 22536.0−87 GOST 22536.1−88, GOST 22536.2−87, GOST 22536.3−88, GOST 22536.4−88, GOST 22536.5−87, GOST 22536.6−88. Samples for the determination of the chemical composition selected according to GOST 7565−81.
4.3. Inspection of the outer surface is performed without the use of magnifying devices.
4.4. The magnitude of the residual contamination of the inner surface of the pipe is controlled by weighing the sample on an analytical balance prior to cleaning with solvent inner surface of the pipe length of 0.5−1 m, curled into a spiral, and after washing and subsequent drying. As a solvent used in gasoline B-70 according to GOST 3134−78 or freon 113 according to GOST 23844−79.

4.4. Control of the thickness of the zinc coating is carried out by drops according to GOST 9.302−88.

4.5. The quality of the soldering pipe check non-destructive methods for technical documentation. In the event of a dispute arising out of the tubes by nondestructive methods, carried out the test on the bend.

4.6. The length measured by tape according to GOST 7502−98.
Outer pipe diameter and wall thickness measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507−90.
The curvature of the pipe is measured with a straight edge according to GOST 8026−92 probe according to ND.
4.7. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006−80 on a short sample in a segment of tube.
4.8. Test double turn-up cuffs is carried out in accordance with the requirements of section 2.8 for God.2.

4.9. Test flattening is carried out according to GOST 8695−75. When testing the outer edge should go along the line of greatest flexure.
4.10. The test bend is carried out according to GOST 3728−78 with the use of filler.

4.12. Hydraulic testing of the pipes is carried out according to GOST 3845−75 with time under pressure of not less than 5 s.
Testing of tubes by hydraulic pressure before the destruction is carried out according to technical documentation.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pipes according to GOST 10692−80.
5.1.1. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer packaging tubes in packages or bundles. The pipe should be connected wire according to GOST 3282−74 in three places, wrapped in length and with the ends oiled paper GOST 8828−89, and then the packaging material (matting, non-woven cloth, utilitary or fabric of man-made fibers) and the top is tied with a wire according to GOST 3282−74 in at least three places.
5.2. Packaging tubes — at the request of the consumer.

5.2.1. Each batch of tie wire according to GOST 3282−74 or tape according to GOST 3560−73не less than four places.
5.2.2. Tubes are supplied in packs composed of several parties, one brand of steel to the total number in one batch not more than 15,000 m.
5.2.3. To prevent the ingress of moisture and dirt into the pipe each batch of pipes should be wrapped over the entire length in two layers of paraffined paper GOST 9569−79 or asphalt paper according to GOST 515−77. At the ends of the package paper should be carefully closed up, and then the ends of the package should be wrapped in container with a cloth GOST 30090−93 or fabric of man-made fibers or non-woven, plastic materials at a minimum distance of 1 m from each end. Packed pipes shall be placed in a wooden lattice and tightly linked with packing tape according to GOST 3560−73, or wire according to GOST 3282−74. The distance between the links should be no more than 1.5 m In length one lattice must be at least two linkages. Grid must be for the ends of the package for a length not exceeding 30 mm.
