This standard applies to welded cold drawn tubes of conventional, high precision and accuracy of manufacturing a diameter of 5 to 110 mm of non-alloy (carbon) steel.

1.2. The length of the pipe manufacture:
lengths — from 3 to 9 m;
dimensional length is within the measuring length with an allowance for each cut to 5 mm (if the other stock is not specified in the order), which is included in each of the ordered multiplicity;
random length — not less than 1.5 mm.
By agreement with the consumer allowed production of tubes with a length of over 9 m.

1.3. Maximum deviations along the length of the pipe dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:
+10 mm — with length up to 6 m;
+15 mm — at length of over 6 m.
1.4. Limit deviations for outer diameter and wall thickness of tubes are shown in table.2.

Note. At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured with a displaced tolerance for the outside diameter and wall thickness. The magnitude of the field offset tolerance shall not exceed the amount of bilateral deviations.

1.5. At customer’s request, tubes with a diameter of over 10 mm are made at the inner diameter and wall thickness. Tolerances for the inner diameter must not exceed the relevant limit deviations for outer diameter.
1.6. Ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should not display the pipe sizes for maximum deviations accordingly, the diameter and wall thickness.
At the request of the consumer ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should not exceed 0.8 General tolerance respectively by diameter and wall thickness.
1.7. The pipe curvature of any segment with a length of 1 m must not exceed:
for heat treated pipe — 1.5 mm, customer’s request — 1 mm;
for the thermally untreated pipe — 2 mm, customer’s request — 1.5 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and technical regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. Depending on quality pipes are made of the following groups:
And — with standard mechanical properties from killed, semikilled and rimmed steel grades ST2, St3, FT4 according to GOST 380 (category 4 according to GOST 16523 category 1 according to GOST 14637);
B — with standard chemical composition from killed, semikilled and rimmed steel grades ST2, St3, FT4 according to GOST 380 and GOST 14637, from killed, semikilled and rimmed steel grades 08, 10, 15, 20 according to GOST 1050 steel grades 08JU, 08KP according to GOST 9045;
In — with standard mechanical properties and chemical composition from killed, semikilled and rimmed steel grades ST2, St3, FT4 according to GOST 380 (category 2 according to GOST 14637 and category 4 according to GOST 16523), killed, semikilled and rimmed steel grades 08, 10, 15, 20 according to GOST 1050 steel grades 08JU, 08KP according to GOST 9045;
D — standard hydraulic test pressure.

2.3. The height of the inner bead tubes are made in three categories:
I — with the remnants of the Burr height of 0.3 mm.
At the request of the consumer the Burr from the inner surface of pipes may not be removed. In this case, the height of burrs should be not more than 0.6 wall thickness of the pipe;
II — with the remnants of the Burr height of not more than 0.15 mm;
III — no outer Burr (wall thickness in the region of the weld within the tolerance on wall thickness).
2.4. On the surface of the pipe are not allowed cracks, slivers, flaws, shells, sunsets.
Allowed separate nicks, traces of oxides that do not impede the inspection, dents, signs of changes, risks and signs of Stripping defects, if they cannot make the pipe sizes for maximum deviations. On the surface of the pipes is heat-treated in a protective atmosphere, not allowed traces of scale. Allowed the presence of the oxide film and tint.
On the inner surface of tubes II and III of the categories on the grate is allowed a separate rolled residue removed grata if they cannot make the pipe sizes for maximum deviations.
2.5. The pipe ends should be square-cut and cleaned of burrs. Allowed the formation of chamfer when deburring. At the request of the consumer allowed the manufacture of pipes of random length without removing the burrs.
2.6. Tubes produce heat treated and without heat treatment. At customer’s request, heat treatment of pipes carried out in a protective atmosphere.

2.7. Mechanical properties of thermally treated tubes of groups A, shall be as specified in table.3.
On customer’s request pipe diameter 5 to 10 mm of steel grade 08JU according to GOST 9045 produce temporary resistance not less than 274 N/mm(28 kgf/mm) and elongation not less than 35%.

2.9. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic test pressure or to pass 100% testing of the weld using non-destructive methods.
Depending on the ratio of the diameter to the wall thickness of the pipe to withstand hydraulic pressure:
6 MPa (60 kgf/cm) with up to 35;
4 MPa (40 kgf/cm) with more than 35.
At customer’s request, heat-treated pipe groups A and b must withstand a hydraulic pressure in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845, but not more than 20 MPa (200 kgf/cm). Thus the allowable stress in the pipe wall is taken equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance or 85% of the yield stress.
In coordination with the consumer of the pipe experience a hydraulic pressure of over 20 MPa (200 kgf/cm
).
2.10. Heat-treated pipe groups A, B, C must be able to withstand the test of flattening to the distance between sludinajumi planes in millimeters from the following formula

2.11. At customer’s request, heat-treated pipe groups A, B, C shall withstand the following tests:

test bend, while the bend radius for pipe diameters up to 60 mm should be not less than 2.5 diameter pipe, for pipe diameters over 60 mm in accordance with GOST 3728.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES
3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size in diameter and wall thickness, the same steel grade, the same group of manufacture and one form of heat treatment followed by one document on quality according to GOST 10692, with the addition of the chemical composition of the steel in accordance with the document of the source coils.
The number of pipes in the lot shall be not more than:
1000 pieces — with the diameter up to 30 mm;
400 PCs — with a diameter of over 30 to 76 mm;
250 PCs — with a diameter exceeding 76 mm.
3.2. The differences in the assessment of the quality of the chemical composition to verify selected one pipe from the party.
3.3. Test the hydraulic pressure or control by nondestructive methods are subjected to each pipe of the party. The control surfaces of the outer and inner diameters, wall thickness, length, ovality, curvature, raznoshennoy, the height of the internal weld is carried out selectively with single-stage normal control level in accordance with GOST 18242. The control plans established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.
At the request of the consumer under the control tubes non-destructive methods; conduct additional testing of hydraulic pressure of 10% tube party.
At the request of the consumer testing of tubes by hydraulic pressure and non-destructive methods is not carried out.

3.4. To check the height of the internal bead, as well as for testing of tubes in tension, flattening, distribution, turn-up cuffs and bend the two tubes taken from the party.
3.5. The yield strength is determined by the requirement of the user.

3.6. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch.

4. TEST METHODS
4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe cut one sample for each test.
4.2. Chemical composition of steel is determined according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.5. Samples for the determination of the chemical composition selected according to GOST 7565.
4.3. The inspection of the surface of lead pipes visually. The depth of the defects check adproval or other means.
4.4. Pipe is measured:
the length — measuring tape according to GOST 7502;
the outer diameter and ovality — adjustable measuring caliper according to GOST 2216 or a caliper according to GOST 166 or micrometer according to GOST 6507;
inner diameter — gauges according to GOST 2015 or tubes according to GOST 14810, or by subtracting from the outer diameter of the two thicknesses of the walls;
curvature — straightedge according to GOST 8026 probe for HG;
the thickness of the wall, raznoshennoy and height of the inner bead — micrometer according to GOST 6507или santomera according to GOST 11358.
Measurement of outer diameter is carried out at a minimum distance of 15 mm from the ends for pipes of external diameter not exceeding 40 mm and of 0.5for pipes with outside diameters greater than 40 mm.

4.5. Hydraulic testing of the pipes is carried out according to GOST 3845 with time under pressure of not less than 5 s.
4.6. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006 on the longitudinal short specimen in the form of a strip or segment of pipe.
Allowed to replace the tensile test to control the mechanical properties by nondestructive methods. If there are differences in the tests are carried out according to GOST 10006.
4.7. Test flattening is carried out according to GOST 8695.
For pipes manufactured without internal bead, the position of the weld during the test arbitrary.
When detected at the tapered samples of the above tubes tiny tears or other minor defects allowed to re-test flattening of another sample taken from the same tube, with the preliminary removal of the surface layer of the sample (external and (or) internal) to a depth of not more than 0.2 mm.

4.8. Test distribution is carried out according to GOST 8694 arbor taper 30°.
4.9. Test turn-up cuffs is carried out according to GOST 8693.
4.10. The test bend is carried out according to GOST 3728.
4.11. Quality control of the weld carried out using non-destructive methods for technical documentation.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 10692 with the following Supplement: conservation of pipes is carried out at the request of the consumer.
