the outside diameter of the pipe:
±0,8 mm — with internal diameter up to 114 mm incl.;
% — with a nominal diameter of 114 mm. St
May increase the outer diameter of pipes in excess of positive tolerance of up to 1.0 mm for a length of not more than 125 mm beyond the transition phase of the landing. For drill pipe with external upset steel grades D and E may increase the outer diameter of pipes in excess of positive tolerance of up to 2.0 mm over a length of no more than 125 mm beyond the transition phase of the landing;
wall thickness minus 12,5%.
Positive deviations in wall thickness is limited by the tolerances on outside diameter and mass of one pipe;
by weight of one pipe %.
(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1 Amendment).
1.5 the Curvature of the pipe for a transition area of landing at a distance of 125−150 mm should not exceed 1 mm per 1 m length.
The overall curvature of the pipe measured on the middle of the pipe, shall not exceed 1/2000 of the length of the pipe.
1.6 Geometrical dimensions of the upset ends of pipes after mechanical processing (boring, milling and trimming) for welding the locks shall conform to figure 2 and table 4 for pipe strength group D and E and figure 3 and table 5 for strength group L, M, R.
